Having ordered a door, it did not arrive when promised, and there was no communication at all about what was going on. When I called LPD Doors I spoke to the very efficient Kelly, who immediately owned the problem, found a solution and contacted me back as promised. Sadly it is not often that happens these days, but thanks to her we received our door today as promised. Thank you Kelly 😊

Mark called twice to update me on his arrival time. He unloaded the doors,and put them in the house where I asked. He was polite,friendly and efficient. Top dollar,nice to get someone who knows what they’re doing.
