The company doesn’t have a direct line of communication via telephone. However, the sales department was very prompted responding and getting my order in line.

Product durability issues. Unable to resolve with Lseat. Buyer beware! Not as advertised. Customer Service was MIA. I would caution anyone who is considering buying from them to do your research.

What a great company before I placed order I was getting ridiculous quotes from independent shops for both front seats to my sl 300 like they stated on web site it took around 3 weeks to get it in my possession but let me say this quality and stitching materials are supreme and price is right I will be getting set for my 95 w 140 for sure I don’t even bother with different company awesome job!!!!! I have a problem with an order and I cant get a hold of anyone. Phone number goes to automated and hangs up. Email has been 1 week no response. Not recommending them just for poor communication. They were great company 5 years ago something going wrong with company. NO GOOD NOT HAPPY

My experience with Lseats has been excellent. 3 weeks after ordering leather seat covers for my vintage MGB, I received them quickly. The craftmanship and quality is simply top notch. A minor design issue with the headrests was responded to 15 minutes after I emailed them, and a replacement was put into fulfillment. It's very rare these days to experience Lseats high level of pride and integrity in their customer service dept. Exceptional product, Exceptional Service, Exceptional Price.

I was very hesitant to try Lseat or any company. I saw a review that EXACTLY matched my vehicle and it looked awesome. So I ordered the swatch to confirm color the reviewer had listed. Then when I ordered I DID NOT say perforated seats because I did not know I had to. Lseat reached out to me BEFORE they made my order to confirm. Thank goodness they did. They know the vehicles. I got a quote for $425 for 1 bottom driver seat re-upholstered, but could not match the color. So I found the color with Lseat and for both front seat covers + extra leather for my console armrest,,,, it was less than the $425. I had an upholsterer do my covers and they fit snug like it's the original leather. It looks like the original leather on the seats. I wish I could show the pictures.

I purchased the (real) leather seat covers to reupholster a 2004 Mazda Miata. First the company is responsive, I had a question regarding the color samples. Note: there is no one that answers the phone. I sent them an email and got a response by the next day. I did find the web site a bit confusing they way you fill the order out, BUT I did the best I could and then followed up WITH the Order number an email to the company explaining what I tried to order. They responded the next day — Gotcha covered!! I think it took about 2 1/2 weeks or so to receive the covers. Note: this is NEW upholstery not covers you remove your old covers before installing. I was Very Pleased with the quality of the product and I received the way I wanted and had outlined in the email. I was also surprised that I had rear pockets on both seat covers where as the factory only had one behind the passenger seat.
Recommend watching some Youtube videos on installation if you had never done anything like this before. There are tips and tricks you can use to make life easier. Plus if installing leather you do not want to mess it up.

I ordered seat covers for BMW E46 seats. I paid the extra for faster delivery and they came fast even though they had to be made. The material is fantastic. I took them to an upholstery near me in Greenville TX and he replaced the old covers for these new ones. I asked him how he would rate the fit and finish of Lseats as he is an expert after many years of doing auto upholstery. He said 8 out of 10. not bad from an expert. I love the results seats look fantastic and nice and soft. I will buy from Lseat again for sure.

First it took six months to get my order. Then the covers were the wrong color. When I finally got my covers, they were too short on the sides to staple on the tack strips. They are basically worthless. You cannot call and speak to anyone. Every communication is done by email and they are very slow to respond. I do not recommend them

Would order from Lseat again and again. I ordered front covers for my IS250C while on vacation and the all-inclusiveness of it all led me to ordering a different thread color than I actually had in the car, which I didn’t realize until I received my order. Lseat was almost jarringly quick in their response back to me and remained communicative about the return and exchange process and I was able to get the correct covers. Installation was smooth; I did have to make a couple tweaks to the covers but it was, for the most part, painless. Very hard to complain about a quality product if it’s nearly 70% off the OEM cost.

Lseat has arguably the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
For my first purchase, I made a correct order for Bisque seats for mercedes 560sl. Unfortunately I received a wrong color. Customer service told me they could reimburse me for it but not for the delivery… even though it was a mistake on their part. I decided to try again because everyone can make a mistake, but for the second time on the same order they sent me seats that were made in worse quality, missing star pattern on the seats that was advertised on the photo and again in the wrong color…
To resolve the situation, customer service did absolutely nothing. Waited over a week to respond and blaming me for ordering the wrong color, even after I sent them a comparison of the seats they sent me to the color sample…
I am really disappointed as I thought a company from Texas would have better reputation. Especially when it comes to customer service.

For anyone thinking about getting anything from Lseats, i would advise to completely avoid.

I have a 2003 SC430. The rear headrests leather needing to be replaced. I found Lseat and am really pleased! I emailed their Sales department and was helped w/in 24 hours. Sales was very helpful identifying the correct color and making a special order. I placed a custom order for the Rear Seat Headrests leather. It took a few weeks to receive due to the manufacturing process.. Shipping and the total price were very reasonable. The leather is very soft and stitching looks excellent and durable. I fitted both pieces in less that 30 minutes and they look great! Very good color match. I am preparing to dive into the big project and replace both front seats. Getting ready to make my order.

Just finished recovering 1984 Porsche 928S rear seats. Great product for the price! Seats far more comfortable than original.
Take your time…refoam as needed, use appropriate contact cement (I used 3M Landau Top cement), appropriate staple gun…and go slow!

Now…off to recover front seats!

The standard order is not all leather as the website would lead you to believe.
Only the central panel is leather. The sides and backs are vinyl. I was quite disappointed when the product arrived. The all leather option is an upgrade that isn’t automatically promoted at purchase.

Purchased seat upholstery for my classic car from lseat their product was of good quality and the fittment was spot on I would highly recommend them if your looking for a affordable and well made product

I bought the correct covers, I received the incorrect one. They say because it is marked wrong on their website. However, no refund. Very unprofessional. Due to their mistake, I am not out USD 500.

Here is a thing, Lseats makes a lot of seat covers daily and sometimes it may take time to reply back. But usually next day they reply. As far as processing your order it may take a week or two more because they are extremely busy. But end result will be satisfactory which is important. I sent my seat covers to them since they didn’t have my car covers in their catalog. I requested black genuine leather with forest green stitching.
Received my order, installed the covers and i love it!

I recently made my second order from Lseat and I am more than pleased with my purchase. The quality and fitment of the covers is second to none, and the design and colors I chose were spot on. Since they did not already have a pattern for the seats I wanted to cover, the wait was a little longer than usual, but you can't rush custom work. Getting custom-made LEATHER covers takes time, and I am more than happy to wait for a quality product that will last. You can order cheap vinyl covers online from a different vendor and get them in a few days, but you get junk that may or may not fit, and may or may not last, and usually pay more than good quality custom leather covers from Lseat. Lseat is my go-to when I want my money's worth, and after two separate orders and doing business with them for over 4 years now, I highly recommend this company.

I am from Lebanon, and I ordered for my Classic 560SL Mercedes. It took 2.5 weeks and it reached as scheduled. I am impressed with the high quality of the work and the high level of professionalism they treat their customers. I highly recommend this company for all who need seat covers, whether real leather or other. Very reliable and professional.

What an awesome product. Leather is amazing quality and fitment is precise. Judge by the pictures!
It does take a little time to get them because they make them upon ordering. So, if you need them right away (which it was not my case), be mindful of that. Once you get them, you will be a happy customer.like me.
