It's good to find a website that sells British made hammers that are made to last.
The sledgehammer that I was looking for was well advertised on Google and the transaction was easy. No problems with the order which was well packaged and arrived in very good time. All in all a very good company to deal with and I would certainly recommend them.

Was looking for tubs of Shell Retinax A grease & found this is the new name for the same product - but unfortunately supplied in tube form, making it more difficult for my use. However I'm sure I can obtain a suitable receptacle!

Very poor customer service
Order placed on the 1st June (estimated delivery date between the 4th - 7th June).
The date passed without receiving the item or any update, so submitted a cancellation request on the 10th June.
Then on the 13th June, I received an email stating that my cancellation was declined as I should received my order by the 7th!!!
Still not received the item or had any explanation for the delay.

We can see that there was an issue with your eBay order with us and that the automated system within eBay delayed the resolution of your cancellation request. On further investigation it appears once you contacted us the order was cancelled asap as requested once a new cancellation request was raised. Apologies again for any inconvenience.
