I would like to start off by saying, I have never had an issue withdrawing. There seems to be a pending time of 24 hours, but after that, the withdrawal is processed and hits my bank immediately. However, there are no responsible gaming controls and they will not close your account no matter how many times you ask. This could be seriously dangerous (and life threatening) to problem gamblers.

Most recently, I made 4 deposits which were accepted by the payment system and deducted from my bank, but not credited to my balance.
