What a bitter disappointment! Whereas my previous delivery of smoked salmon provided me with a very tender, moist and succulent experience, this latest one has proven dry, salty and tough.

Unfortunately, we are an issue with the courier provider and definitely we apologies from our company. The issue on delivery was dealt and solved. We apologies for delay issues with your order.
We had improved and watching our process order to avoid future delays.
My first order from them
Would of been a 5 except i ordered it for Wednesday and it came Thursday plus 1 item they didn’t have other than that everything else was brilliant. I’d put the wrong postcode on my order but the right address they rang to get the right postcode and every question i asked about the order and delivery they answered straight away and explained very clearly so i understand it all that i asked to know and put my mind at rest knowing that my order would get to me safely and on time , I have eaten a few things from the order and it was very tasty and great quality , I will definitely order from them again in the near future

Hi michelle
We try our very best to provide to our customers best as possible fish product. However, smoked salmon is a very delicate product and sometimes can be more salty due of temperature changing very often on our area. Humidity and increase temperature on daily basis as smoked salmon takes 24 to 48 hours to smoked. We apologizes and hope we can get right next time.
We will contact you later on to talk about your experience and hope solve your issue.
