Excellent products, and really friendly service when we met at Dogstival. There was quite a long wait for delivery as they were out of some materials, but I am sure that wouldn't usually be the case.

Made my first order at Luna's Loft last month - a 'Let's Chill' lead for my Dachshund. The product is lovely, great quality and a fab colour too. I dropped Hannah an email to see how my order was going and she was really quick at responding and lovely.

Only thing I would say is it would be fab to know when the product is in production. The turnaround times are added to the website but it's just nice to know what stage the order is in.

I have SO much stuff from Lunas loft, some may say too much, but what keeps be going back is not just the incredible products but the totally amazing customer service from store owner Hannah. She really cares and spends a significant amount of time interacting with customers and finding out what they want.
