Shame I still have to give one star!
Shame I still have to give one star!! The staff really don’t deserve it. Elizabeth needs some serious training in customer service and how to speak to customers without being rude and disrespectful.
Not happy that a well thought about company is now somewhere I will definitely not be using again. Huge Rice was originally a brilliant store and somewhere I would send people wanting an A* service.

Good service, good prices, quick delivery. Sent my order back. Took a few days to get the return I sent back acknowledged, but when I phoned up the woman I spoke to was very polite and helpful.

Purchased Vivienne Westwood earrings. These were cheaper from here than anywhere else online. Earrings arrived earlier than estimated delivery date. Would definitely order from here again.
