I’m so pleased with my Lwigs wig. The fit is perfect, and the hairline looks incredibly natural. I’ve never felt more confident wearing a wig!

I have to admit, I was a little too nervous about trying a new wig brand, but Lwigs exceeded my expectations. The quality of the wig is just amazing. The lace is super soft and breathable, so I don't feel uncomfortable or overheated like I've experienced with other wigs. The fit is perfect, and I was surprised at how easily it stays in place without feeling tight. I don't even have to worry about it sliding around. The hairline is incredibly natural too. It's the first time I've worn a wig that actually looks like it could be my real hair. I've had some sensitivity issues with other wigs before, but there's been no irritation with this one, which is such a relief. The color is beautiful as well, a nice deep shade that looks so natural. I feel so much more confident wearing it and can't wait to buy more in different styles!

I placed a order on-line on October 10th and haven't received my order they said I received it on the 23rd but I haven't received no order yet and haven't heard anything from them

This was actually my most nightmarish wig experience I’ve ever had. From beginning to end the whole situation was wild to me. I ordered a highlighted ash brown level 8 wig with HD lace and a platinum blonde wig with transparent lace… I got a yellow orange wig with dark brown Lace and a dark brown chunky highlight wig. I would have just ordered off Amazon and bleached the hair myself instead of this atrocity of a experience. Oh and to top it off I returned the wigs and they actually stopped contacting me and never rectified the situation so I am 1200$ down the drain.. they never sent my wigs back out and I have waited years for a response. These days I am very particular about where I buy my hair from because of this horrible experience.

Vivian wigs aka L wigs is the worst company I ordered wigs from. I have a small head the wigs I received was too small for my head and they send me a wig I didn't ordered. When I contacted Vivian and told her she refused to give back my money. So I contacted pay pal they did nothing so I had to contact my bank to get my $400 back. Please do not order from that company not only that the lace doesn't melt good at all.

They are scammers order Hd lace got regular brown lace told them about it they just said sorry they will give me a discount when I order again so I told them I would just send it back and I just want a refund no response email them 4 times got no response please don’t waste your money on a fake site that advertise fake things!!!!!!!

Please do not get scammed by this company. They do not sell what they advertised. Worst of all, poor communication regarding return. Im still awaiting a response, 3wks, regarding a wig I returned. Its a shame. In addition to the high cost if the wig I also lost money for shipping. Please be aware of these scammers

There should be a 0 Star for rating. poor communication poor quality and not as described....if you must buy pay via PayPal and there's a chance you will get your money back when you are disappointed with the service.

I advise anyone reading this to never waste your money ordering from this company! I ordered (LWigs302) and the wig that arrived was NOTHING like the picture, completely different colour and very cheap in quality.

I was only able to get a refund because I paid through PayPal who had to step in. It took over a month for me to receive it but I am thankful to PayPal. LWigs also promised to refund me the shipping cost I paid ($59) to return the wig but they have just ignored my attempts at contacting them.

vivien wigs are the worst! These sites keep changing their name to rope in more suckers like me. The wig is a joke, looks terrible. I asked for a refund and the only response was sending the tracking number. I responded that I already have the wig and hate it. They are ignoring me now and waiting for the 30 days to end so they don't have to pay. How are these people allowed to sell??? they don't deserve the one star

SCAMMERS!!!!!...There goes my hard earned $600. Really wish I had seen these reviews first because I ordered a wig and recieved something completely different and cheap looking. Was not the right colour, no silk top (extra cost) no hd lace (extra cost) and brown french lace. Tried to contact them a few times and nothing... No reply. Buyer BEWARE!!!!

I've had good experience from this LWigs before, so I purchased this wig (LWigs51) with no reservations. Unfortunately, this wig was nothing like described. It is not human hair, it is not 180 density, it sheds and is very dry. I am very disappointed with this purchase. Please do not waste your money on this wig. I wasted over $400.

When I tell you I will never buy a wig from these people again, and I mean just that. They were so friendly when they first got my $289. Then lied and said I would receive it in 2 days and didn't. First off, the wigs looked nothing like the picture. When confronted about it, they asked for pictures witch I gave them a side by side, of my wigs and the wigs on the site. I then asked for a refund. Which they say the offer on their site. So they sent me their address and I mailed the fraud wigs back. Which cost me $54. When I tell you these people completely stop responding to my emails. So I contacted paypal, the contacted them and inform them that would be investigating the claim and disputing the payment from them. That's when they reply to one of my emails. Still never got resolved with LWIGS. This was December 23rd 2020. They claim they never got my wigs back (which was a lie) they were going to keep my money and my wigs. Thankfully I had proof the got them. Paypay reimburse me on Feb 3rd 2021. Fair warning, DONT DO IT, ITS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!

This was my first time buying a wig- I had a severe bleaching disaster and was in desperate need. I spoke to the advisor online for days and she reassured me what I needed etc. I ordered a 180 density silk base wig with fake scalp and hd lace 22inch I received an 18inch brown lace wig with no silk base or fake scalp. When asked if I could return the item they ignored me- the wig cost me over 400 pounds and it was a complete scam- I can’t even sell the bloody thing for 50 pound. I was stupid and didn’t read reviews but honestly do not buy from the company!

I've ordered several wigs from this company and have only had one not so great wig. However, my last order wash a disaster. I ordered an HD wig with 200% density. What I received was a wig with brown lace and maybe 150% density at best. TRASH!!!! The wig is thin and does not hold a curl. I'm upset. My last time ordering anything from this company.

If I could give zero stars I would! I really wish I came here before purchasing. It would have saved me a lot of headache. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. They are scammers and send you poorly constructed wigs that fall apart. They claim they are selling HD lace and it is normal brown lace. When it comes to refunds they either don't respond at all or don't acknowledge the request and claim they did nothing wrong. Read the reviews and listen! I have now opened a dispute with my credit card company.

I spent $240 for a so-called Brazilian human hair ombre wig. After some time, what I received is rubbish. I wish I'd read reviews before buying. I'm in the process of getting some response from 'Vivien'. However having read all these reviews, I think I'll go staight to Paypal to see if I can get my money refunded. I've asked LWig to send a prepaid label to allow me to return the wig but heard nothing.

Even more I tried to return it but the support team didn’t answered to my question, every time I asked « please could you telle me how to return the wig » they were like « why do you want to return it? » and you have only 7 days to do it!
