Absolutely horrendous experience of being harassed for payments at no notice at all. They even asked for payments 4 times in one day and until some sort of money was sent I continued to receive calls from John even at work. It was unbelievable!
Johns tone changed as soon as the work started and he didn't keep to the original plan for the work as discussed prior to starting it.
He lied about the drop kerb and regulations about application for it. I was unaware of all the legalities of the application process and he took complete advantage of it.
At one point he called straight after finishing the work for the day only to to ask for more money to pay his labourers and when I said I was not able to make another payment he wanted to know why and how much my limit for my bank account was- it was intimidating and awful.
Please DO NOT TRUST them!
They start the work without warning and break your walls/ dig up your old driveway under the pretence of checking but it's actually to trap you into giving them the job.
They completed the driveway at record speed but corners were cut and they did not leave the place clean. Sand was dumped in our new flower beds with the promis that it was because they were returning to do the walks and beds when their bricklayer was available.
They did not return.
This is one the worst experience we have had.

Wow it was amazing job they are very professional you don't have to worry about their work they know what to do i am builder and i gonna recommend them for the job John and his main paver they are my hero

I had lynch construction do my second drive in April and it was 1st class so I passed them on to my auntie and niece and they have just completed both drives with outstanding finishing my auntie and niece are over the moon couldn't fault anything so professional as before they are 5 stars all the way thank you so much Johnny and the team I will be in touch when someone else needs your expertise

I Don't usually write reviews but just had my driveway and garden wall done and I'm so happy with the job and overall experience I have to highly recommend this company! Everything from my quote onwards was a great service and the attention to detail on the job was amazing. Very skilled and great team and the quote was very competitive. Will definitely use again in future for any building work I need doing. Thanks very much

Just had my drive done by lynch construction all the men working there were A1 at work at 7.30 didn't stop till 5.30 the standard of work is second to none I am so glad that I got lynch construction to do my drive you will not get any better in to work and leave a finish that I've hot thanks

We are very happy with the work completed by John and his team. They listened to what we wanted and provided us with a very competitive quote. The work was completed within the time frame John gave. He and his team were always respectful towards us and our property.

Excellent service carried out by Lynch Contractors Ltd. If you are thinking of getting your garden landscaped, I would definitely recommend this company. The job was started promptly unlike other companies who had long waiting times.

John and the boys were really hard working and had the job completed quickly and efficiently. He was really responsive to all our questions and concerns, and very reassuring throughout the job. We will definitely use them again for future gardening needs.

I decided to go ahead with Lynch Contractors after speaking to John who answered all of my queries and was very patient. Both John and his team were very professional and polite. The driveway was done in under 2 days and it looks great! Such an amazing transformation. Would definitely recommend John and Lynch Contractors.

This the second job I have had completed by Lynch contractors, I was blown away with the first job when finished, but this job has been on a totally different level.
From day one the job has been kept clean and tidy every day, the communication has been excellent every evening I was informed of the works for the next day.
I am delighted with the end result, and would highly recommend this company to anyone .

Quick and efficient job. Happy with the driveway.

John provided a fair price for the drive and completed the work and design as desired. The drive was completed very quickly, the workers were clean and efficient and tidied up after themselves. There was good communication throughout and I'm very happy with the look of the drive.

We signed the contract with John and he said you can pay after the driveway is complete . He told my husband that initially we will do some check and then after we start work once we both agree at a date . He bought his team next morning and start digging . Then he start asking for money everyday . They are rogue traders . He did my driveway but not up to a good standard , he didn’t took the rubbish and was suppose to make a flower bed , and our fences. I called him and text him no reply whatsoever .
Beware from them. Don’t pay them any money , until you get a satisfactory result. They didn't do any alignment and when asked he said, driveway looks great. Thank God, we didn't got our back garden done from them.

One of the vans hit my car and although there was evidence through photos they lied about paying and dragged out the process.

I would not trust them at all.

Please don't trust John of Lynch Contractors Ltd. He comes with a team knocks your door in conversation breaks your current driveway say we just need to check but they break it so much that you are kind of locked to get the works done, then he gets you to sign a contract in a rush before you realize you are under contract, With me he was to do both driveway and patio he took 80% money and did not come back to do the patio. Also speaking to neighbors' found out that he did their driveway in half price to mine. Also they paid him after the works was done and with me he got half before driveway was done and rest while it was being done. Patio he did not get done still
