Excellent service - in less than 24 hours they had my MacBook keyboard replaced. Very helpful to talk through the process and confidence levels of fixing (as it was a spillage). Highly recommend.

Mac Ansys Ltd offers decent service with friendly and knowledgeable staff. They provide fair pricing and try their best to assist with computer issues, such as water damage or data retrieval. However, the overall experience felt average, and I had mixed results with solving my problems. It's a local business that seems committed, but there are areas where improvements could be made.

Data recovery and Email settings
Had a problem with data retrieval and email settings. Used different companies to sort the problem but in vain. Tried Mac Ansys and found them very professional and cost affective. Recommend

Recently bought a MacBook Pro M1 Max 16 inch from Mac Ansys. Very knowledgeable staff and reasonable prices. I didn't really know what I wanted but they went through the list of options and pointed me in the right direction. Wish I had found this shop much earlier!
