Machine-DRO Opiniões

Great quality products and speedy delivery - very satisfied

Great service and great product

I have found Machine -DRO a reliable and trustworthy
company to deal with. They sell high quality products
that are a pleasure to use. Obviously you get what you
pay for but even their products in the lower to mid price range are more than adequate for the
home / hobby machinist. My latest parcel arrived
securely packaged and delivered by DHL.
great service.

I was unable to reset my newly installed 2 axis DRO. I spoke on two occasions to a helpful young lady who promised both verbally and in an email, to get an engineer to call me to offer assistance. One week later I am still waiting for the engineer to call.

Contacted sales looking for a spare part for an ancient Mitutoyo dial gauge. Within 3-days the part was identified and order placed. Very helpful and efficient staff who go "the extra mile". (Lilith).

Very reliable, very fast shipping.
All good as always in the past.
Anytime again.

Spot on, ordered a DRO, delivery on time exactly as ordered.

Helpful staff, who took care to ensure the correct replacement part was identified. Once ordered it arrived very quickly.
A very good service indeed.

The unit is of a good quality but the embedded cross slide sensor kit is only suitable for the myford seven, super seven and 254-R. As I have the more common 254-S significant changes were required to allow it to function.

Great service good communication Fast delivery and quality product Big Thanks

As described, great delivery, would use again.

Use all cap screws not some hex heads
some labels on bags didn’t match instructions but all components correct easy to follow just read twice

Quality and cheap price, good service and fast delivery a lot of advantages in one online shop.

Super - delivered on time also special request on order form followed.

Found what I required on their web site and ordered. Got an a fast reply accepting order. Was notified very soon that order had been delivered to carrier and a tracking number given. Order arrived in a very quick time and as described and well packaged and in good order. I was very impressed with the service as the parcel had to travel from UK to New Zealand.
