I go on a lot of package holidays so here's the good and bad. Very clean, Magico restaurant very good and loads of sunbeds plus excellent staff. Bodega restaurant mediocre and Green curry restaurant terrible. The main problem is screaming kids all day long as there is no adult pool area plus kids are at the entertainment until very late so there is no adult entertainment. If you are a young family this is the hotel for you but if you are a childless couple, an older couple or a single person then go somewhere else. Be warned there are two free saunas, a steam room plus a jet pool and quiet pool but they are all in the nudist corner so if you want to use them be prepared to get naked. Not a horrible resort but I will not return.

Ottimo hotel, molto pulito e organizzato in maniera maniacale. Ottimo il pranzo di ferragosto e giornata fantastica. Crudi di mare e spettacoli per tutta la giornata. Ottima la pulizia delle camere di tutti i servizi. Un pò meno la sola animazione notturna, con animatori non di madre lingua italiana e con poche idee.

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others. This has been one of the worst holiday experiences we’ve ever had. The resort is in a disgraceful state: there was dried-up sick in our room bin when we arrived, no basic tea or coffee facilities, paint peeling off the walls, a broken outdoor light, and a shower that floods the entire bathroom. It’s clear there’s been zero maintenance or care.

Worse still, the lifeguard at the pool was nowhere to be seen—hidden behind sunbeds chatting—when a little girl fell into the pool and almost drowned. When confronted, he had the nerve to moan about the child’s father to his colleague instead of showing concern or professionalism. This place is simply not safe for families.

We were told we’d get one free visit to a speciality restaurant as part of the package, but this turned out to be completely unbookable. The app doesn’t work for third-party bookings, the restaurant told us to book at reception, and reception said we needed 48 hours’ notice—despite the restaurant sitting completely empty.

To top it off, my partner became seriously ill for two days, and I’ve had stomach pain too. On returning to the buffet, we discovered the chicken he was about to eat was raw inside. We took it straight to reception, and were met with no apology, no compensation—just a casual “I’ll talk to the head chef,” followed by “Well, it’s always been fine when I’ve eaten there.” I pointed out a child could’ve eaten that and gotten salmonella. Still, no concern whatsoever.

The drinks are just as bad—anything halfway decent requires an extra “premium” charge. Staff are generally rude and unhelpful, and customer service is nonexistent.

We still have two more days left here, and frankly, we’d hope for some kind of apology or goodwill gesture from the management. But considering everything so far, I won’t hold my breath.

Do yourself a favour—book literally anywhere else. This place is not worth your money, your time, or your health.

Where to begin with the so-called "Magic Life" experience? Perhaps with the centerpiece of the resort, the pool, which for the vast majority of our stay resembled little more than a construction site. We were graciously permitted to use it for approximately 20% of our holiday.

The corporate response to this blunder was a true stroke of genius: compensate only the guests who booked directly through TUI. For those of us who used third-party platforms like Booking.com? We were evidently deemed unworthy of such consideration. A fascinating business model that punishes customers based on their booking method.

One might hope to find solace in the advertised activities. This, however, requires navigating a digital gauntlet. The resort's app is a marvel of dysfunction, a challenge only compounded by WiFi that seems to operate on its own whimsical schedule. The result is a frantic, five-minute window to secure a spot in any class, a race you are almost certain to lose. It's the Hunger Games, but for a spot in a yoga class.

Should you wish to escape this compound of mediocrity, be prepared to open your wallet. The resort is brilliantly isolated, ensuring that any venture into the outside world is entirely dependent on a taxi. A leisurely stroll to a local town is simply not on the agenda.

And the food. Oh, the food. The main buffet offers a relentless rotation of the same bland pasta dishes, accompanied by meat, fish, and chicken cooked with such consistent ineptitude it almost feels intentional. The "specialty" restaurants provide a laughable illusion of choice, as they are merely a different service window for the very same, uninspired central kitchen. It is, in essence, a culinary groundhog day.

The disappointment extends to the rooms themselves. "Outdated" is a kind word. The beds, in particular, are a highlight, audibly protesting any attempt at repositioning with a symphony of squeaks and creaks, ensuring your partner is immediately aware of your every nocturnal movement.

The entertainment, both day and night, is delivered with the kind of listless enthusiasm one might expect from a team counting down the minutes until their shift ends. It's the bare minimum, ticking a box without a shred of genuine passion.

Finally, the beach. It's there, somewhere, taunting you from the bottom of a cliff. Access is via a staircase so long and steep that the descent is a commitment and the ascent a Herculean trial. And the wind… while Fuerteventura is notoriously windy, this resort's location seems to act as a natural amplifier. It is a constant, howling presence.

Save your money and your sanity. The only "magic" at TUI Magic Life Fuerteventura is how profoundly and consistently it manages to miss the mark on every conceivable level.

the booking was very easy using the website and the all inclusive holidays were awesome. It's a bit expensive, but absolutely worth the money. I'll be back
