I ask for withdraw over 4000pound and their website says 24-48 hours but they said i have to wait 7-21 working days.

I deposit like 1000£ and i dont know what to do now.

This is a scam website. Stay away from it. Been trying to close my account with them for over a month now. Sent the request, no reply. Customer service chat just says that they will remind the team about it. Sending me promotional txts couple of times a day for different providers(possibly scam ones) when i am unsubscribed from promos. So you personal information is sold to data brokers from day one of registering.. Probably my worst experience with an online casino ever.

Waiting since September for my win , have noticed that a few deposit have been taken twice a minute apart told can only have it back if I send a printed statement for the entire month

Made a withdrawel of 500£ on 23 august. It is now 3rd november and still waiting. constantly get the same response. Im so glad ive only actually made 2 deposits on this site

Absolutely appalling site I have requested my account closed over 200 times explaining they are enabling my gambling each time I message they add money to my account so I get into the deposit cycle again have spent money I can’t afford to use because of this I’ve begged them to close but account still open at my wits end

There should be a no stars option. Absolute scam artists. Avoid at all costs. Still waiting for £200 in winnings that they keep fobbing me off about security checks. I’m a verified vip member.

Verified my account, requested a withdrawal for £200. Was made aware that I was a VIP user and should have had 24-48hour withdrawal. 10 days later still awaiting the withdrawal to be reviewed by “relevant department”. They pay out on your first win and then don’t pay out at all but keep your funds in a hold until you eventually get fed up. You get the same spiel from the live chat and emails saying it is processing and it shouldn’t be much longer, but it never comes. DONT USE unless you want to loose money.

I've been using this site since April which has been a positive experience with no withdrawal issues up until now (about £4000 withdrawn so far). I have now been waiting over a month for my withdrawal to be paid out and upon reading the reviews on here I am now getting rather concerned. If or when I receive my withdrawal, I will be changing the rating to 5 as it has been a good experience until now.

Finally got a response via email today after waiting weeks for a reply. They refunded my initial withdrawal and said something about security. I have now withdrawn my full account which is £3100 so we will wait and see now. I harass them daily about this as it is not fair. Hopefully I get my money

I’ve had £22,000 in my account balance that was never being paid to me, the scammer has since blocked me on chat and then closed my account with £22,000 in after winning £7,500 on blackjack earlier today! Complete scam! Reported to international fraud squad and claimed all the money back from my bank as fraudulent activity.

Withdrew £297 at the start of January. Has been processing for 4 months. Same excuses everytime, there really busy (no your not, you've probably got less than 10 people on your site at once) secondly after months of waiting they just returned the funds back to MagicWin account and now have to withdraw again and have to wait all over again!

They are scam company and will not pay you! Please dont be stupid and deposit any money on this site!!

Contacted today for an update. The excuses have changed. Now their saying they were part of a Cyber Attack so it will be even longer until i get anything from them. Its £297 from January!! Don't expect any money this site is unregulated

The worst online bookmaker ever, avoid at all cost they do not pay out. They just suck and suck your money. Then when you win refuse pay out and put it as pending. Reported them to bank for fraud and didn’t get anything back my money or winnings. Then shut my account. Awful how they can get away with it. Do not use this site……

I had a win of 700 around the start of February. Still waiting in to to be processed.

Been waiting 30 working days for a withdrawal of £3450 (2 Feb) despite being fully verified - get the same pre canned phrases from the customer service bots. Weird thing is they have paid me 4 withdrawals previously - £200, £400, £600, £800 - and longest took a week.
Expect I’m not getting this withdrawal back, but has anyone who has been waiting 6/8/12 weeks ever seen their withdrawals paid since reviewing? Or do I need to accept this is fraud?
