Hi Colin,

Thank you for sharing your feedback following your purchase with us. I've looked into your order and see that it was placed on 03/10/2023 at 17:40 and our team dispatched your goods the very next day using your selected delivery method, Royal Mail 48 (4-5 working days).

Given the 4-5 working days delivery estimate with Royal Mail 48, your parcel is due to arrive between 10/10/2023 and 11/10/2023. If by any chance you haven't received your goods by the 11th, please reach out to us and we'll be happy to assist you further.

First and foremost, I'd like to apologise for any inconvenience you've experienced with your order. Every order placed with us automatically generates an order confirmation. If you haven’t received this, it's worth checking your junk/spam folder as sometimes emails can mistakenly land there. If it's not present there, there is a possibility that your mail provider may have blocked our email.

I can assure you that we have received your order. According to our records, your parcel has been dispatched via the delivery option you selected, and it should be with you either today or tomorrow at the latest.
