I recently bought the cottage core dress, I waited three months to receive my package. Customer service did alert buyers on what was going on and why there was a delay, that was super thoughtful and I’m glad they reached out! However, once reviving the dress I immediately noticed the mid quality, the front is beautiful however the back is super unflattering, there is a lot of weird bunching up around the lower back area. The dress fabric is very stiff and has no stretch around the arm in the chest area. Meaning if you have a larger chest, they will get squished and if you have bigger arms, they will be limited to movement and essential be squished as well. Overall, super cute dress but not worth the price.

Not worth 90 bucks.. bought the cottage core dress and they already took super long to ship it.

I bought it a month ago and received it yesterday, and i’m not really impressed. This dress is 90 bucks but the way it looks on my body is so .. off? The front looks fine but the back is extremely weird. It doesn’t look flattering at all.

Cute products but expensive brand. The customer support service is very slow at answering and basically told me that if I want to return an item (for any reason) I need to pay the shipping costs to Canada, which is over 120€. So what's the point? Wasting 80$ for something that I can't use or spend 120€ and more to have back my 80$? No way they haven't an international return center just like any other brand. Everything is way too expensive. I love the products but I've wasted too much money on their shop.

Charged me 20$ for shipping + 20€ for tax duties and the shipping took almost a month. I can't wear what I've bought and I can't even have my money back without spending more than twice the price I've already paid. I mean 300€ for a jeans is too unrealistic. The funniest thing is that I have to buy the whole set again because I really wanted it and I will have to keep the wrong items without a chance for a return. What a waste of time and money. I'm not giving 1 star just because I like the products but the service is NOT professional.

I've personally never knitted before, and wanted to try it out. Tried the knitting pattern for the stripped sweater, which was great. Clear instructions, and order was as described. Recently bought another (Letter-Sweater) and its a little more detailed, which makes sense as its more advanced.

Never ordered anything else as of now, however the kits are great!

Purchased a ring and a bracelet, and quality was very poor for the exorbitant price paid for mostly the name behind the store. Part of the ring broke off after very minimal wear after a month or two, and the white gold plating for both of the items wore off extremely quickly compared to other white gold jewelry items I own that were cheaper and worn more often.
