Fake website. All fraudsters. Hope cyber police tracks them. Website should be banned.

My order for mini usb chopper did not arrive despite multiple follow ups. I should have read the reviews before placing any order. My bad !

I plead people not to buy anything from this website and not to be misled.

I wish I would have read reviews before purchasing but I made the mistake of trusting it thinking Google would vet their vendors or protect the buyer like Amazon. I bought 2 tubes of dermalogica eye cream. The 1st one seemed fine. When I opened the 2nd one (after the 30 day return window was up) it was not dermalogica eye cream or was majorly expired. Google wouldn’t help me get my money back & only suggested to contact Dermalogica. Lesson learned. I won’t make that mistake again & hope this review protects future buyers.

I NEVER write reviews but i just have to as my experience has been horrible.

1. Ordered a product and then they sent a wrong item because their product listing was incorrect.
2. Inquired customer service, and i was told i would be given the full refund for the product and also the refund for the shipping.
3. After i returned the item, they only refunded the amount for the product, not the shipping.
4. When i contacted customer service, they didn't reply my emails and then when i called and gave them my order number, they put me on a hold and then blocked my number. (when i called from a different line, it gets through again but when i called again using my original number, it gets disconnected).

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE, they not only list items with incorrect descriptions but their customer service is horrible.

Sent a fake/counterfeit product. I bought directly from their website but it shipped to be from an Ebay seller. Totally fake product. Packaging, smell, and texture nothing like the real thing. They refused to refund the purchase.

Can confirm, this is a scam and they are selling fake/counterfeit products. Would give negative stars if I could. Ordered Stila tinted BB cream and it came in the packaging for the untinted version, and looked off which was my first hint something wasn't right. After using, I immediately noticed a strong chemical smell and liquid consistency of the product was obviously not the same as what I normally use (no scent, thicker cream consistency). I got ripped off and am terrified of whatever I put on my face (unknown ingredients). Hope this fake company gets shut down and no one else has to deal with this BS. Based on other reviews, I am afraid to even invest the time and effort in trying to get a refund... ugh. Very disappointing. I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau.

Had a problem where some makeup was shipped and didn't show up. Well past when it was due, I emailed them to tell them I never the product. They immediately responded and asked if I wanted a refund, or ship it again. My wife needed it, and it was a good price so I asked them to send it again.
The second one showed up on time, along with the other package that postage shows it was sent on time, but spent 2 weeks IN the postal service!
Originally, I was going to send the original one back, but then my wife wondered what they would charge me for the additional package as well. I enquired, and received an email from Makeup Direct telling me to keep the products.. Best customer service I have ever seen.

My daughter and I both placed orders for the first time yesterday. This morning I received an email that my order was canceled because the products were no longer in stock or they weren’t getting them from the manufacturer. Same thing with my daughters order. After calling customer service they said that was true for all 15 items that I had ordered and the 5 my daughter ordered. When I asked to speak with a supervisor- one was not available. Don’t waste your time!

Received product in smashed up box with old Scotch tape all over it to keep it together. Inside, the jar lid was cracked and no seal under the lid (I’ve ordered this many times from Amazon so I’m aware it should be sealed). They said I could ship back but never refunded me. I’ve been trying to contact them for 2.5 months with no response. Going to file a claim with my credit card company. DONT waste your money with this company. You’ll be severely disappointed.

OMG I ordered item and they shipped very quickly
however the item was used one with dirts.
The charging part is broken so I couldn't plug charger on item.
Their customer service is horrible.

In January 2019 I have ordered Huda Beauty New Nude palette for slightly smaller price than the one in original store or Sephora. I had one already bought in Sephora so I knew it was real HB prouct. I ordered another one in MakeupDirect simply because the price was smaller and I believed it will be original palette. I wanted to send it over for my best friend in Europe for her birthday. It came about week after order placement and I opened it and already could see it was such a poor, FAKE version of the palette. I paid $51 for a fake item, so angry I packed it and send it back the next day. Week later I received the email with confirmation of money retur. I though, ok, we're good.... This email came January 31st, 2019, and as or right now (March 26th, 2019) still haven't got money back into my account. Maybe it is only me,but anybody barely EVER respond to email and costumer service over the phone is not better. Still going to try and get my money back, otherwise I will seek legal help.

This is not a legitimate company. Products don't arrive and tracking numbers are phoney. Their customer service person " Mary Olson " writes like a kindergartner . I was told to file a complaint with my mail carrier. No such tracking order existed for this order. I am reporting the company to our Attorney General. Hate getting ripped off but hate it more for my friends and family.

Ordered an item several hours ago. Changed my mind and sent email cancelling. Initially, they confirmed order. Now, when cancelling, no response. Scam. Avoid.

Except for the fact that it is not easy to find items that I am looking for, and that I can't find a way to make an account on the homepage, the overall experience on this site is good.

I ordered Cleaning face brush and received it in 3 days. Very well packaged and like described. Than about a month ago we placed another order for the Christmas gifts for all females in our family and orders came in nice and fast. I will be using this company for all future online shopping.
