Ordered my wedding welcome sign which arrived damaged, emailed the customer service team and it was dealt with that day. Recieved my new sign and absolutely love it. Great customer service and lovely signage.

Would absolutely recommend Mally’s Crafts! High quality wedding stationary and signage at a fraction of the price bigger companies charge- it’s always so lovely to support an amazing small business! My signage and wedding newspapers were delivered within a week of ordering and are absolute perfection. I cannot recommend this company enough!

Mally's Crafts were brilliant from start to finish. Fantastic price, beautiful quality and lots of lovely styles to chose from. All arrived packaged really well and was easy to place order and communicate. I would definitely recommend.

I contacted Mally’s Crafts when I urgently needed some wedding signs, and they assured me it would be no problem. My wedding was on 6th April, and I placed my order on 25th March. I was told it would be shipped the following day, on 26th March.

However, my order wasn’t actually dispatched until 31st March, which was cutting it very close to my deadline—especially with the Easter weekend approaching. I was understandably anxious about whether it would arrive in time. Thankfully, it was delivered on 2nd April, just four days before the wedding.

When I opened the package, I found that two out of the three signs were damaged, with stains and ink marks. I contacted Mally’s Crafts immediately on 2nd April and sent photos showing the issues. With my wedding only days away, I knew there was no realistic way to have replacements made in time. I was left with the difficult choice of using damaged signs, having no signs at all, or hoping they could somehow reprint them quickly—I had even offered to collect them as I live just 30 minutes away.

Unfortunately, my email was completely ignored and remains unanswered to this day. In the end, I had no choice but to use the damaged signs at my wedding, which was very disappointing.

Overall, this was a really frustrating experience and a letdown in the lead-up to such an important day. While it may seem like a small detail, there is a level of service you expect as a customer, and sadly, this did not meet those expectations.

Used for my welcome sign and seating plan at my wedding. Was so easy to use and also easy to get in contact with as I noticed a few spelling mistakes throughout the process. All came just in time and looked stunning. I would 100% recommend.

I would highly recommend Mally's Crafts. They have a large selection of designs for wedding invitations and signage to choose from. We needed these for our wedding and Mally's managed to get them to us in time and even though a couple of small changes were needed, they managed to turn these around in a very quick time without additional charge. Both the invitations and signage were of very high quality, both in terms of print and materials, and I cannot fault them at all.

I had looked on so many websites for signage and either found it wasn't the style we wanted or it was very expensive. Then I came across Mally's crafts and saw they offered a bundle package called the Angel collection which fitted perfectly with our theme. The price was so reasonable and the service was great. The team were so accommodating when I wanted to change something not long after ordering, and they also quickly replaced one of the signs when it arrived damaged. I would highly recommend them!

Communication between the company was also great making sure all details were correct before shipping including proofing before printing

Can't recommend Mallys Crafts anymore if I tired.

Ordered our signage very close to our wedding and the estimated delivery wasn't until 2 weeks after our wedding but after messaging the girls they were able to get everything mailed to us 2 weeks before the day. We orders our menus, seating chart, welcome sign and a bespoke order of the day sign. The signage design we chose didnt have the order of the day signs available but the girls went above and beyond to help us get one. During delivery we were missing one of the menus for my maid of honour but once the girls were made aware they had another one made and sent out within the week. All the signage was made above our standard and held up amazingly on the day even after our flower girl kicked over the seating chart and ran over it, not a crack in sight.

Paid for a bespoke service on our welcome sign and table plan, and ordered place cards too.

They were excellent with communication and found fonts/icons to suit our requirements seemly quite easily.

They were happy to make several amendments until I felt it was perfect.

Even created place cards to match our theme.

Amazing products! We ordered our welcome sign and seating plan from here. Both came really well packaged and they both were stunning and exactly how we wanted them. The font and colour were really clear to read and looked perfect in our venue.

We were really impressed with the quality of the designs and the delivery time was as expected. Customer service was really good, we had a slight issue with our table numbers where one was missing and it was sent out to us the following day no issues.
