Excellent customer services
Excellent customer services, updating you with how they are progressing. First time but I think the charges are bit high considering the size of the item. I think it is a fridge freezer and not an American style. Hence the 4 stars so far.

Just wanted to mention that the Government of Ghana has reduced applicable discounts in general household goods hence as per January 2023, import duties has gone up by as much as 40%.
In order to ensure that we are able to ship, clear and deliver your goods to you, we need to amend our prices to reflect the costs involved in providing our door to door service.

Always on time
Always on time. Excellent and top notch shipping company. Nothing too much of an ask. Excellent communication skills by the whole team, from customer service to collections team. You get an SMS 30mins before they arrive and you can track them.
I’ve used their services six times now and wanted to wait with my review to see if the service will change. Nothing has changed so far. Same great service for the past nine months.

All my stuff got to Ghana safely. All the staff in UK and Ghana were very lovely and am grateful they tolerated me calling them a million times as I was worried. I definitely recommend them.

The ever dependable Manc Global Logistics... they never disappoint.
MGL promised a delivery of my air freight 3 days before Christmas. I was a bit nervous as we had promised our customers of goods arrival before Christmas.
MGL kept their promise and delivered. Goods left the UK ok 20th December and arrived in Ghana on 22nd December.
Will choose MGL over and over again. Reasonable pricing on their air freight too.

My items has arrived in Ghana but their communication skills is not there they don't call you on time and when you call them they will not respond.

We have two telephone lines and our call logs do not show any record of your call in the last 7-14 days.
Your item arrived in Ghana on 3rd December and an email was sent to you to that effect.
In the email, we clearly stated our delivery terms i.e., we will contact all recipients via phone calls and SMS to arrange delivery of their goods.
Your recipient was called on Friday 9th December to expect delivery of his shipment the next day, to which he confirmed his availability.
We called your recipient after arriving at his address on 10th December at around 8:30am only to be told that he can only receive his goods after 2pm. He had also not made any arrangement for anyone to receive the shipment on his behalf.
Our delivery teams are on a schedule hence every recipient is called beforehand to make sure they are available to receive their goods on the day they are scheduled for delivery. As we have other customers to deliver to, our delivery team proceeded with other deliveries.
As stated in our arrival notification email, we have only one delivery attempt per delivery address and this was all communicated to you beforehand.
You can always put your complaints in writing to hello@manclogistics.co.uk for further assistance.

This is my first time sending a barrel
This is my first time sending a barrel, and working with Manc Global Logistics was a very smooth experience. I was able to book in my collection online and this was followed up by email and a telephone call to confirm my requirements. I received a text reminder a few days prior and the 2 collection staff were very pleasant, helpful and answered a few queries for me. The office staff were also pleasant and informative, on both occasions I telephoned. I have suggested this company to friends and will be using them for future shipments from London to Ghana.
