My business card just got charged 2 times with over $1000 each for purchases I never made from this vendor.
Fraud, obvious!

Failed to get their courier to delivery an item on 3 occasions (and counting) and then, when facing a frustared customer, failed to apologise let alone improve the service. Hanging up on your customer only re-iterates that your company simply does not care.

I dealt with Simon Dadson. He was so reliable, so courteous, so professional and so knowledgeable. I was ordering doors for my house in Ireland and Simon followed up the order to make sure the doors arrived on time. He was fantastic to deal with. A very positive customer experience.

Next day (overnight) delivery was super speedy! Great staff and excellent products and services! Many thank yous!

I have visited this shop on a number of occasions and always received excellent friendly service. They go above and beyond to help and have great knowledge of the products they sell. This morning I was served by Dan and he went to great lengths to make sure I got the right colour paint - They mix any colour you want and sell a great brand called TIKKURILA , which gives really good coverage and a lovely finish . Thank you so much Marches always a pleasure to visit.

Ordering the new lock was easy
when I asked about delivery Elliott was very responsive

product arrived as expected

and was excellent quality and fit perfectly

I wanted to buy an item that seemed to be unavailable at the 'High Street' DIY shops. Checking on the internet, Marches were the only company to have it in stock (Osmo One Coat) without importing it from Germany. Ordered and paid for and waiting for delivery when I had a call from them. There was a stock issue so would I accept a bigger tin at no extra cost? The customer service and delivery time was outstanding and they are now on my 'favourite' list. Well done.

Have used Marches on quite a few occasions and as usual parts arrived on time and correct.
This time I had actually ordered too many parts and had to return a couple of the items. Refund was made without any quibbles.
