The ad on Facebook was not the same product they sent me. It was a waste of $79. I can't believe that Facebook would continue to show their ads when so many people have complained. The give an address for refunds but no phone number. I have read the replies from the company & will not spend any more time communicating with them.

Cooling fan. Poor quality product. Not as advertised. To borrow a phrase from Napoleon Dynamite "this nothing but a piece of junk!" Charged something like $40 to ship an item that weighs less than three pounds.

I ordered a product (that I have no way to know if it's really working), but I was OK with that. Then a month later I saw a charge for $24.99 on my card that I didn't recall making. I contacted the phone number I found on PayPal and he looked up the charge to tell me what I supposedly bought. He said I signed up for a subscription when I made the original purchase. I disputed that and he did give me a refund for the amount charged and cancelled the
"subscription". It's a good thing I check my bank account daily or I wouldn't have known what they did.
I'll be more careful when I see their name next time.

Purchased clarity blue glasses. Ad made product look like multi fix glasses for near/far sight. They look like simple safety plastic glasses. Not even sure if they filter blue light.
$44 special + $15 ship by usps.
I would return for refund if I could.

Habe ein Klimagerät bestellt, 2 wurden geliefert und 2 wurden über PayPal bezahlt. Die Qualität wurde schon zur genüge beschrieben. Schrott, Schrott,....!
Rücksendeadresse bis heute nicht erhalten. Geld zurück bis heute auch nicht! Betrug und wohl nicht nur Betrugsverdacht.

Received a plastic handle for garden hose with accessories. did not fit together or function. The cost was just under $80.00 and took about 6-8 weeks to receive. No instructions or return policy given.

habe zwei Klimaanlagen bestellt. Nur Schrott. Ein alter ventilator bringt mehr Kühle Luft als die Klimaanlagen .Gottseidank hab ich die Lastschrift von meinem Konto zurück Geholt.

Ordered a "room AC" unit and got a cheap fan. The only thing truthful was it was battery powered. Weak fan, NO a/c for cooling, Nothing as described on the website purchased from. Can't remember if it was TikTok shop or a Facebook ad but definitely NOT worth the trouble. They offered a refund of 50% at first and I told them nothing less than 75%. Or return it, pay shipping myself, get a refund minus their shipping cost and a restock fee. If you plan on ordering from Margin Holdings or Ino Solutions my advice is, DON'T, RUN AWAY.

Marginholdingslimited scheint Teil eines absichtlich komplizierten Bestellsystems zu sein, das nicht rückverfolgbar zu sein.
So können minderwertige Produkte unter falschen Angaben vertrieben werden, wie zum Beispiel primitive Heizlüfter als Klimageräte.

Charakteristisch hierfür ist:

* die beworbene Website verschwindet,
* der Händler versendet nur automatische Antworten,
* es wird keine ladungsfähige Rücksendeadresse genannt,
* verschiedene Firmennamen tauchen auf (Vital Pro Breeze, Evergreen Summit LLC, K&K GmbH, Homora Living usw.)

Dieses wirkt wie ein bewusst verschachteltes Vertriebssystem, das die Rechtsverfolgung erschweren soll. Das allein beweist zwar noch keinen Betrug im strafrechtlichen Sinn, ist aber ein ernstes Warnsignal.

Saw the item advertised on FACEBOOK and decided to order it. First shipping status was in chinese and I couldn't read it. I contacted the company and they stated it was delivered to my porch, I don't have a porch, I live in an RV. When I contacted them again they have ghosted me. Now I see another charge from Margin Holdings and INNODIETS for products I didn't order. This company is definitley a SCAM. Stay away from ordering from them. You would think FACEBOOK would be screening these sites for fraud. Now I'm having to work with PAYPAL to resolve this issue. Wish me luck, ugh!

Ich habe auch Klimageräte bestellt, hab die Annahme verweigert, da hat Paypal geholfen. Aber jetzt soll ich noch ein Gerät bezahlen obwohl ich nichts bekommen habe. Ob ich das Geld wieder bekomme, keine Ahnung. Also besser da nicht bestellen

This company is Bogus. You think you are placing a legitimate order and they take unauthorized orders from PayPal by charging for nothing and taking the money.

For paying 165.00, I had expected that it would last for more than an hour. Despite charging it 3 times it didn't work. Absolute garbage! Shame on me for not reading the Trust Pilot app before ordering. Lesson learned!

I wrote to them several times to ask why I was charged $78.29 on 6/23 since I don't recognize them and have no idea what was charged through them. I sent a copy of the charge from my bank account proving I was charged this amount. They have refused to respond to the emails and I have reported this to my bank as a fraud. I have no idea what this charge is for. Reading other reviews here I am disgusted and wouldn't knowingly buy anything from them since other people have had poor experiences. I am disabled senior and this is a violation of North Carolina G.S. 14-112.2 Senior Abuse and Fraud law. I will be filing with authorities for deception, fraud, and conversion. I want a total refund or if it was a product proof of it and proof of delivery.

Achtung, Finger weg sehr unseriöse Unternehmung, werben für Klimageräte mit angeblich neuartiger Technik welche Räume herunterkühlen sollen.
Diese Geräte schaffen kein einziges Grad der Abkühlung, veraltete Technik, billiges China Produkt.
Geld zurückgefordert bis auf weiteres keine Lösung, ich habe paypal um Klärung gebeten denn ein direkter Kontakt wird einem unmöglich gemacht. Ware wurde aus Köln verschickt Firma sitzt allerdings in den USA offenbar.
