We were also sold a car via 'Marshams' with a three year warranty that is now apparently void due to Marshams liquidating. Their "new company name" -MCS are under the exact same directorship as Marshams, yet they claim to be nothing to do with them (I'm guessing because they don't want the baggage they left behind!) I would strongly advise you to avoid them at all costs. I now have a mechanical fault with my car and no warranty to cover the repairs (despite still being within my warranty period) All evidence has been forwarded to the financial ombudsman, trading standards and the FCA for a full investigation to be carried out on them

Bought a car from them less than a year ago, issues from the start, it wasn't even MOT'd or cleaned when I went to pick it up.
Aircon broken, and then experienced complete brake failure in April due to the wrong brake discs being on the car.
Have tried to get in touch with them only to discover they're in liquidation.
Shocking business.

Sold car with warranty and breakdown through Marshams not being honored by car care plan as Marshams has gone into administration. Brought over 15 months ago so both company's have had their money but i can go and get stuffed. Not telling customers about what has happened or warranty being void is abysmal . Also car may have had undeclared damage. who can i sue.

Bought a Peugeot 18 months ago its been nothing but a headache. It’s been to a garage more time than what I’ve made use of it and spent a large sums of money trying to get it to work so I can use it for work. I cannot get to work without a car. a Complete failure and absolutely nightmare I am so disgusted with this garage. Now I am in limbo without a car that can take me to work. The engine heats up and it’s leaking oil which could potentially be very dangerous and blow up. I have to check and top up with oil every other day.

Car has broken down again and again since we bought it 18 months ago. Now they're in liquidation!

This company sold me a car with 3 month warranty today I was informed they in liquidation so don't exist any more. So they can't fix i will be chasing this to see if same people and just changed name and another family member as owner. They can't do this to people that have saved money over time then just ripped them apart, that's crooked.

I enquired about a car I was interested in, Mathew made things so easy and run smoothly. I had a query with the finance company prior to visiting Marshams, and Mathew took control and dealt with the query so I didn't have anything to worry about things. When I arrived I was freezing cold and he moved all the heaters around me to warm me up. Everything was smooth running and was all done in around 1 hour. I couldn't of ask for more for them ( Mathew ) it was an absolute delight and felt looked after.
