I ordered the special by two get one free. I did the beach scene with the chair so awesome, high quality. Then I opened up the paints of the 2 other canvases I had bought..,,., All dry. 1 email 2phone calls. No answer. What are my options why can't I get a response. Can I purchase just the paints. I have used many ‘painting by numbers’ companies and in my opinion Masterpiece by Numbers (MBN) is by far the best. I have painted nearly all their animal themed paintings and they have all turned out beautifully. Then I decided to give the customised choice a try . I have now completed 4 . Two of my own pets and two of pets of friends as gifts and I can honestly say the end result is practically identical to the original photo.
The cost, a little bit too high and the wait for it to arrive, a little too long but fully understand why but considering the kit, which includes brushes, paints and good quality printed canvas, produces such good quality and fantastic results, it’s all worth it.
I love painting these pictures and am desperately trying to find another friend who would like a portrait of their pet. I highly recommend MBN .

Amazing choice excellent service, love this company. Have now completed 4 canvases, and 2 custom canvas, the latest being my friends beloved dog who sadly passed away recently. Very therapeutic and lovely painting, highly recommend.

Recently purchased three Custom painting by numbers kits from Masterpiece by Numbers.
I have used this company on many occasions and always enjoyed their excellent canvasses and associated equipment.
The three Custom kits are if my three grandsons and on completing the first one I am so pleased with the end result. It will be framed and hung in prise of place in our home
The cotton canvasses are of the best quality, come rolled when in transit
Because Custom canvasses are specially made from your own uploaded photograph they do take around 6 weeks to produce and a further 10 days to travel from the USA to the UK (fully trackable)..
I can thoroughly recommend Masterpiece by Numbers as being one of the very best producers of these painting kits and I would struggle to find a better product from any other company.

I have ordered six kits so far, four have been custom kits and each one has been great. The canvas is top quality and along with the paints, some of my friends thought that the painting was a photo.

They come on a strong tube which keeps the kits safe

Everything arrives well packed. The quality of the product is excellent. They do take time to complete but it is well worth it as you have something that you are proud to hang on the wall This is my 6th and 7th painting from this company

I have tried several different companies, this one is the best. The paint is very good, the numbers do not show through like most of the others. I thoroughly enjoyed doing this one, this is my third one and it won't be my last!

Did my latest 2 paintings 'crossing guard' and 'Book Shop'.
I had to concentrate in places on both, but when finished and framed they looked amazing.
The quality of canvas, paints and brushes is excellent.
My next 3 (3 for 2 offer) are on the way.
They are the best PBN I have done to date.

I found my bespoke Masterpiece By Numbers painting a brilliant experience. Yes, it was fiddly, and yes I needed a steady hand (and slightly stronger spectacles) - but that's all part of the challenge!
I bought the kit as something that wasn't too taxing to engage me, and help with my mental health during recovery from surgery - and it did just that.
I'm thrilled with how it turned out!

Masterpiece by numbers are great products, I am on my second painting now and I love it. Canvas and paints are high quality and these are so much better than some of the other ones I have tried from other places. Secondly I find this hobby very therapeutic and for someone who isn’t great at drawing or painting my own art I really enjoy the finished article when done , they look really professional and you wouldn’t even know they were paint by numbers.

Horrible customer service.
I wrote to say how excited I was to receive but disappointed that my three kits arrived all rolled into one with all the components - unexpected as these were gifts and they now look like something I picked up at a garage sale. Their response is pasted below. Of course I accept the reasoning but the tone is so rude and defensive. Their website states “Royal Mail Delivery”. On no planet would I order these from USA.

“Thank you for your email and order. Please note that no where on the website do we state that you will receive each kit individually packaged. Like all companies, we have to factor in packaging and shipping costs when orders are processed. You not only received a free kit as part of our Buy 2 Get 1 Free promotion, but also free international shipping since this order arrived from the USA. Most art or craft stores sell artist tubes if you'd like to package them individually.”

Been using this company since lockdown.The quality of the paint and equipment is first class . The time just flys by as you paint ,don’t even hear the wife hoovering .👨‍🎨

I started to think what I could do now I am retired during the cold weather when I came across painting by numbers, looking at a few websites, master piece looked more real than most so I decided to give it a try although a bit more expensive than others they are worth it.
I have now done six painting of animals and one land scape

I have ordered quite a few paintings from this company. However, my most recent order arrived with not enough paint to finish the canvass. I called the company and always got a recorded message. I simply wanted one little pot of paint to finish the painting.

I then sent two emails to the company telling them that I could not finish the painting because I was not given enough paint. They refused to honor my request and told me that I would have to buy more paint from them. This is so dishonest. I paid for a painting, and did not get enough paint. So, I am out the money as well as having an unfinished painting. Buyer Beware! Update on 02/09/2024: I just received an email from this company telling me that I was being "dramatic" about my complaint and they would not send me more paint. I would have to buy more. Wow! How in the world do they manage to stay in business when they treat customers this way?

Have used Masterpiece by numbers on several occasions. Delivery to Uk reasonably quick. Standard of materials is excellent and I have never been disappointed with any of my paintings either from catalogue or Custom paintings. Well done Masterpiece

Ordered as a little present for myself. Kit came in stated timeline (I’m in the uk so within 2 weeks). Quality is excellent and honestly love it! Will definitely order another once I’ve finished!

Absolutely fantastic shop, I've bought many paintings from here and they have always been on time, came to me in perfect condition, and I always have plenty of paints to last me and if I run out they have replacements to buy so I can't not finish my picture!
