I have been ordering from Masterpiecebynumbers for over 4 years. I had tried other companies but found the paint used and delivery boxes are far superior at Masterpiecebynumbers. No folds in canvas or dry paint in sight. I have purchased 6 of the ready to order canvases and am just painting my first made to order canvas. I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough. Friends and family are always asking where I get my paintings from as I now have a beautiful gallery of my own. Give them a try I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

I have just finished painting number 4, 3 from the collection on line and 1 custom.
These products are fantastic, great canvas, paints, brushes and paper copy of your painting.
I can truly recommend these and can't wait for my next one.

Over the years, I have bought numerous Masterpiece paint-By-Number paintings for my wife, Jane, who is an avid paint-by-number "painter". She has thoroughly enjoyed doing these paintings and the completed results looks very realistic.
What we also like about Masterpiece paint-by-Numbers is that they are delivered rolled up in a strong cardboard tube which eliminates creases in the canvas and there are always more than enough fresh paints - having bought a few paintings from other companies, we have found the paintings are creased and the paints have been dry, which has resulted in hard work for my wife to achieve the finished result that she was looking for. The numbers on the paintings are easy to read but not so prominent as to show through the paints. All in all, very pleased with Masterpiece Paint-by-Numbers and will continue to buy from them in future.

Excellent product, very good quality of paints and canvas. I'm a beginner to MBN , but really enjoying seeing the picture appear as I paint. Will definitely be purchasing another this month.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICES I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!

Please don't get give them any of your money. I will be posting my reviews on all social media sites too and they will be for public view with pictures attached of how they speak to people from their email address as well as other people's reviews of this company saying the same thing. I understand the paintings look great so you would like to buy (I did too) but they don't come with the right amount of paint or the colours are wrong and if you have trouble with those then you are greeted with the worst customer service, the customer service alone is enough to put anyone off. I don't think it's a very legit company. Hence why they have no number to contact and why they don't come up so you can leave a Google review you can only leave it on their website which they delete the bad reviews. There are ways around that though. Big mistake in replying the way you did. Enjoy your other reviews.

Too anyone reading this who is on here to read the reviews before purchasing I strongly advise you not to.

I have recently completed painting number 6. three of them were custom paintings. The latest one was a picture of my daughter and her new husband at their wedding. We are all very pleased with the paintings and look forward to doing more.
The quality of materials, paint and brushes supplied contributes to the quality of the finished product.

I have completed six paintings including two custom paintings . The quality of the canvass and paints is exceptional and the service is brilliant. I am amazed how the finished paintings look . I have done many paintings from this site and all of them have turned out brilliantly. The materials are all first class with loads of paint and excellent paint brushes. Their animal and scenic pictures turn out very realistically and all mine are on display throughout my home. I would recommend them to everyone as their customer service is excellent as well as their products.

Superb company, paints and canvas are best quality, customer service is exemplary. I have used other sites for pbn’s in the past and Masterpiece by Numbers blows the rest out the water.

The quality of the products are amazing, the colour matching is spot on. This is the best painting by numbers product you can buy

I have been with Masterpiece by Numbers for many years and never been disappointed. The canvases are of such good quality, delivered in a strong tube with everything you need to start painting. During lockdown it was my lifeline, now it is my stress reliever!! Their support site if there if any problem arises and it is sorted. I am 83 and hope to have many more years painting with this excellent company

I Googled masterpiecebynumbers and the result produced a link for 60% off all paintings. Nothing on website, so I contacted customer services who told me I had gone to the wrong website, so I sent a copy of the Google search. They then said it was a mistake and would be dealt with by their IT dept. After a lot of fruitless arguments I decided to request the contact details for their CEO - no response!! I have requested this several times but not response.
They have still not removed the 60% off offer from Google, so I assume it is a scam to get people onto their website
They say on their website
"We reply to every single email"
Believe they do not

Really look forward to receiving the pictures from Masterpiece. Always great quality and good fun to complete. Am presently doing a picture as a Christmas present and have just received Nativity scene which I look forward to working on.

I have always found this Company to be extremely professional in the way they handle customers.
Their products, including paints, brushes and canvas are always of the highest quality. In my experience, orders and deliveries have been outstanding.
I have had many hours of enjoyable painting.

I have done many of the paintings by this company and have not had any bad points to complain about.
The quality of the canvases are very good and most of the paints very good. I have tried others from Amazon which have come from China, most of those are utter rubbish. Masterpiecebynumbers come rolled and not squashed into a tiny package.
I won’t order from any other company as the quality is second to none. Brilliant company.

I reached out to the customer service after Royal Mail delivered an empty tube. After a bit of back and forth, Masterpiece agreed to investigate.
I didn’t hear back for over a month and when I reached out I was told not to contact them anymore.
I have never encountered such rude customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered a custom painting of my owl what arrived was awful they had turned a grey owl into brown and purple with no black or white I was so disappointed I contacted them as they offer a no questions asked refund policy I was told it’s my fault as the photo was not good quality and refused
As this company has a uk trading address you are covered by the consumer rights act of 2015
They also state they are the only paint by numbers company who’s pictures don’t come from china no they come from a sweat shop in America
I am so annoyed by this companies lies that I am taking legal action there terms and conditions are a work of fiction

I had a similar instance, custom painting, paid for an extra set of paints. 3 of the 24 were too dry to do anything; duplicate issue in the other set. No response on email, when called was faced with combative woman who hung up on me. I contacted PayPal and filed a complaint; they withdraw funds paid until there is a resolution. In less than 12 hours they are now sending replacement. You can also go through your credit card and file complains and a last resort would be state of Florida Consumer Protection agency.
