The wrong shirt style was sent, ordered a short sleeve button down and what clearly looked like 3d patches, thr fabric datails where described as 90% coton and 10% polyester. The shirt we recieved was full polyester,tight and no stretch, in fact looked like large womens blouse! In an effort to return this illegal transaction, that we paid 50$ for, we were offered to keep the piece of crap, and offered 30% off of our next ( not going to happening) purchace! I would have been fine with the purchace if it was the right style no patching, and the right material, id have sucked it up! But it is a god damn tragedy that these basrards are continue to rob us!

⚠️ **Disappointing Customer Service & Product Experience**

I want to share my experience so other customers can make an informed decision before ordering.

We received an item that was **not what we ordered**, and the fabric was **polyester rather than the 100% cotton advertised**.

I have been trying to return the item and obtain a refund, but I have been going back and forth with customer service **since July 2026** without a resolution.

Instead of providing a return and refund, their response has been to offer me **20% off, and now 30% off, a future purchase**. I am not interested in a discount on another purchase. I simply want to return an item that was incorrectly supplied and did not match the product description.

This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. **Customers should be aware of the difficulty I have experienced trying to resolve what should be a straightforward return and refund.**

I hope the company improves its customer service and takes responsibility for resolving these types of issues promptly.

The hippie shirt I received was of cheapest quality and nothing like it was advertised! No embroidery patchworks at all! Just the cheapest crappiest polyester shirt with printed on stuff. Itooks so embarrasingly cheap I can't even wear it. I'm very disappointed...

These people can’t be trusted. They have false advertising, a bait and switch policy. They don’t answer emails and can’t be called . The product is not what they advertise. Don’t buy anything.

Totally misleading. Not embroidered at all. Trying to return costs way to much. Your stuck with crappy wear.

The hippie shirt is a complete scam. There is absolutely no embroidering and it could not be made from a cheaper fabric. It looks fake, it feels fake, and it is fake,. Most of these ads from China are misleading intentionally and I fell for it and I will never fall for it again.

From the advertising I thought I had found something unique and different,only to find out these articles of clothing are nothing like the advertising,pictures only,I’m just glad I only purchased two

WTF!! The final products are not even close to the images and this company should be sued for misrepresentation. Its all plastic printed apparel. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

The quality was not as described. The fabrics felt synthetic. The customer service does not respond promptly to a return request, and after 5 days, hasn't given me the information needed to return the merchandise.

Total bait and switch. Advertised embroidered shirt. What you get are low quality print shirts with sizes that have no relation to stated sizes. Avoid buying from them.

Ordered XL Shirt, but fit is actually somewhere between a Medium and a Large. For the price, and based off the ad video it led me to believe shirt would contain some real patch work - but it did not.

Do not trust the images on this website. AI generated images of clothing shows high quality material and patchwork details and stitching. Actual items are poor quality printed fabric with no embroidery, stitching or patchwork.
Fabric feels like synthetic rubbish not cotton as claimed!
