Love my new bowl and ladle, I'm eagerly awaiting the 8" rice pattern bowl to be restocked then my dish-set will be complete.

A great hassle free shopping experience.
A great hassle free shopping experience. Though a few items were not available after placing my order, I was quickly contacted with available options & upon responding, received an acknowledgement, thereafter both my refund was repaid & amended order was very quickly dispatched & delivered by Fedex in good order.

Very helpful
They didn't have 1 item in but asked if I wanted a subscription BEFORE sending it.
The ingredients are labeled in English too for most items, which is really helpful.
Good experience, would buy again.

Great Asian Market
My third time ordering from Mathews Foods and again the service was excellent. Some items were not in stock and this was quickly communicated and good alternatives offered. Delivery was prompt and items securely packaged.
Wide variety of products from Asian countries makes ordering a selection of flavours to prepare meals with easy and convenient. Keep up the good work.

First time ordering and missed the…
First time ordering and missed the delivery from Fedex as the delivery notification cane through after they tried to deliver!
Today I have sent a third Email to the supplier after many attempts to contact yhe courier.
Still no reply from either?

Dear Paul,
Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience caused. We understand your order was made on Sept 8th evening, we have despatched the order the next day afternoon followed with a shipment confirmation email sent to you. Unfortunately FedEx was unable to deliver the parcel on Sept 10th due to no safe place to leave the parcel and there wasn’t any update on the tracking ever since.
For some reason, your emails to us have fallen into the junk mail and we have reported this issue to our technical team to ensure this situation would never happen again. We totally understand the frustration and we are very sorry with the experience you have been through. Customer satisfaction is our first priority and we assure we will make things right.
We will contact FedEx first thing on Monday morning and urge for redelivery ASAP. We have been working with FedEx for quite a long time and they have been relatively reliable. We are looking into this and we will get in touch again once we have any update.
We appreciate your understanding and we’re grateful for your feedback so we can work to prevent this from happening again.
