Great mattress and quick delivery , thank you ! I m not just sure how i can contact customer service regardind the 100 days trial in case if my daughter is not happy with because i can t fimd my order nowhere !

Nothing wrong with product but the delivery service was awful. Two people turned up, no English really, zero customer service skills, zero ability to interact with people, Neither smiled or said hello. One grunted one word, which I had to ask him to repeat 3 times until I realised he wanted the old mattress to take away. I said it was upstairs, the other said: "it should be downstairs" I replied that I didn't know as the company hadn't informed us of that. No response. They took the new one upstairs in a box. Then one of them, FACING AWAY FROM ME, said "number" I guessed what he wanted and gave him some sort of confirmation number. They then just disappeared. I don't expect happy, smiley people, but the absolute bare rudiments of communication would be helpful. As a result I will never use this company again. I'm an immigrant myself, but these two must have just got off the boat. There's more to say but that will give you a flavour.

Easy to order and quick to deliver. The real stars of the service are the delivery men. Our stairs are awkward and I still think it’s a miracle they managed to get our mattresses (including a super king) up. It wasn’t a miracle however, it was Graham and Andy who were polite, professional and went above and beyond to get the job done.

Mattresses next day gave us a brilliant price on our Emma super kingsize mattress nearly half price against the official Emma website. The website was easy to use and we where pleased to be able to use Klarna to pay in instalments interest free. My only gripe I have was the wait for delivery 2-3 weeks was quoted but after the initial order conformation I heard nothing for just over 2 weeks before we got a text telling us our mattress was ready for delivery, not hearing anything for over 2 weeks made me wonder if I had been scammed. I can't fault the service otherwise we where informed the day before our specified delivery day of a 2 hour window and the driver called us to let us know his ETA.

Excellent experience – the delivery drivers were extremely efficient and polite. The mattress was delivered exactly at the time I requested. The mattress itself was of a great quality as well. I thoroughly recommend this company.

Ordered two pillows in the end. Delivery was fast, reliable and professional. The quality of the pillows are amazing. It’s not too soft and neither too hard. It’s great for sleeping. After use it retains its original shape. So no need to buff it to often compared to non-feather pillows on the market.
