During 2 days of orientation duties of job could have been shown on video.Also mention that you are expected to work more than one station at a time.And offer to pay for composites after 60 days of working .Thanks,Gary

Overall it's been a positive…
Overall it's been a positive experience. There was a sign on bonus in effect when I applied and was hired. I learned recently I am not recieving this bonus. Not happy about this.

No Big Complaints From Me
Working for MAU was nice, liked it a lot. I highly suggest it as a place to work so much so that I’ve actually suggested it to three people. Very forthcoming with information I needed to do the job and for the most part very nice staff. The only thing I think I would suggest is a 30 minute lunch break (though I’m not sure if that is done by MAU) because it’s very hard to eat in only 20 minutes. Really like the 10 minute breaks every 2 hours though!

Hours not Consistent and Lack of Communication
Hours were never guaranteed. We would experience week long layoffs and the restart dates would not be communicated. People would arrive for work at 5am, just to be told their was still no work. Then when work did resume, proper notification was not sent out. A single text message was sent out and if this was not received it was on the employee. Missing extra days when you are unaware there was work again was an easy way for them to put you on their "do not rehire" list.
You are better off applying to the company directly and skipping the MAU process altogether.
