I booked with this company because they said they could sort everything out for us BUT... they have failed in a simple task of booking golf tee times, firstly the wrong course then the wrong times... they say other times are fully booked but I am able to book them myself through other on-line booking systems so i know they are just failing to do as I asked !!

Booking process was pretty straightforward and the pricing was competitive. We experienced an invoicing error that was rectified in a timely manner.
Communication has been generally good with occasional need to chase up information.
