Super fast payment, reliable. I have done 4 or so iPhone sells to MaxBack and even when they don't have the highest offer - beware of too good to be true, it is better to have piece of mind to me.

Fast and easy. The whole process went smoothly, even though my initial condition estimate was downgraded. They handled the downgrade efficiently and included pictures that made it easy to see the problem.

I had used a coupon to get an extra $10 for my exchange, and when I didn’t see that included in the final amount I thought I’d have to talk to someone on the phone. But when I checked my order online it clearly explained that the downgrade brought the total under $100, disqualifying the coupon. Again, clear and simple.

After reading many reviews on other people's experiences having their quote lowered, all have in common as soon as they receive it there's something wrong with it. Because they have to "inspect" it. Takes weeks for them to respond and no confirmation emails are sent.
Maybe create a feature to send pictures before wasting everyone's time.
Moral, sell else where. YOU can choose your own quote.

Update: Finally received my phone back but not to my surprise something is there that wasn't there before it was shipped. Sucks for them I know how to fix it. Thanks.

This company has been very honest, they are not like other companies that quote a price and then lower it when they get your phone, leaving you, take it or leave it attitude.

Great experience with this company. They gave me almost $200 for my phone when Apple offered $0. I will definitely use them again.

I have sold 5 Apple iPhones to Maxback over the last couple of years. They are always very prompt in processing my device and pay me quickly. When compared to other sites that buy back electronics, they have the better buy back price! I will continue to use their service.

For years I've been selling my Apple products to MaxBack and they're very fast and efficient. Recently I sent my iPhone back with their provided label, and it somehow got lost in the shuffle. The support staff was very efficient in helping me, and also having to extend the 30 days return, because it took the USPS over two weeks to deliver the package. After that it was very quick for them to examine my phone and delver the money to my account.

Used them many times now I get good but back amount. This last time I got less on one phone because of damage but I like that they sent me pictures to show damage. But still good pay back for some damage on a phone.

I love Maxback! I used to sell all my iPhone's on eBay going back to the very first 2G iPhone. I really got sick of scammers and the ridiculous fees eBay took out for selling devices. I did alot of searching and found Maxback was much better that competitors like Gazelle, etc... as they always had a bonus coupon code available and always paid out the highest amounts. They also have fantastic customer service as I was awaiting my new iPhone, they extended my quote date so I did not have to send back my phone before I received the new one.
