After entering my Apple Watch information I knew immediately what my MAXBACK offer was which I felt was very reasonable. I waited until I received my new Apple Watch before sending in the one I was selling to MAXBACK. The clock was ticking on the 30 day offer but fortunately my new watch arrived in time and I boxed up and mailed the watch in the next day. It took six days from mailing the watch until MAXBACK received it and confirmed the offer. The whole process from start to finish was quick and easy.

I have used MaxBack now since 2011 to do exchanges. They have ALWAYS been fair on their pricing and extremely quick to get you paid via PayPal. I had one time that they said the equipment wasn’t to the standard I thought, offered to send it back to me if I didn’t like the revised amount. I was still happy with the result. I will continue to use them in the future. As long as you follow the instructions to reset your phone, it’s a very easy easy easy process!

I sent my Apple Watch 4 with a couple of bands. I thought the watch was in perfect condition but I did not scrutinize it. They received it and found it to be in fair condition. They provided photos of the watch under bright lights and sure enough there were scratches. They offered me $84 and I accepted that. The check arrived in the time they told me. It was easy and I am happy. I would definitely use them again!

Really appreciated their attentive customer service. I had an issue regarding valuation due to the condition of my iPhone and they were immediately responsive (no frustrating automated phone trees) and very professional to deal with. Pricing is good but not consistent. They say 14 business days to get your check and they mean it. I will use them again but I do compare against other sites.
