Just an awareness really for anyone letting. This company will charge you for 4 FOUR YEARS commission if there is no change in tenancy (its all legal BUT in the small print) so beware!

Rental portfolio managed by Maxwell Estates
I have a rental portfolio being fully managed by Maxwell Estates and they have been brilliant throughout. The team are engaging, resolve issues promptly and I’ve never received a late payment in 5 years! I would wholeheartedly recommend Maxwell Estates if you are considering a partner to look after your investment portfolio.

I have had my property managed by Maxwell Estate for few years now. I am extremely happy with them. Amjad has been more then an agent. He really cares at what he does which is very important. Overall I would definatly give them a 5 star

Maxwell Estates is registered with the Property Ombudsman Scheme, UKALA, Safe Agent, NFOPP - National federation of property professionalism, mydeposit.co.uk and we work with strict ethical code of conduct to carry out the necessary due diligence on all our prospective tenants. All our tenants are vetted according to the right to rent legislation and with a set criteria which the tenants must meet in order to pass the referencing and credit check process. We have all references available for your current and past tenants so if you would like to spare some time and visit us in the office, we can show you the documents we have obtained. These documents include tenants proof of ID, bank statements, payslips, work reference, previous landlord reference, credit checks etc.
