Don’t trust on their website description.

They are fake mostly product sold in Auction are damaged or missing part.

TOTAL SCAM. They sell gutted electronics.
Do not be fooled by their listings! I purchased what was described as a “high-end graphics card” from this place, that turned out to be a hollow shell. Serial number seen on the card showed online that is still under warranty, but after taking it to an authorized manufacturer's repair center in Ontario, it was confirmed that the GPU, VRAM, and controllers had been professionally de-soldered and stolen—likely as part of a larger criminal operation, a common tactic used by criminals to scam retailers and then offload the empty shells to unsuspecting buyers through “liquidators” like this one. I didn’t buy a "broken" card; I bought a piece of worthless scrap metal with all the guts ripped out.
When I presented the vendor with photographic evidence and professional documentation from the manufacturer inspection, they didn't offer a refund. Instead, they rudely closed my account immediately and banned me to avoid any accountability.
They hide behind "salvage" policies to sell items that are essentially worthless e-waste. This is not a legitimate liquidator; it is a pure scam operation, not sure how it is still allowed to operate here. If you value your money, stay far away from maxx.ca. To anyone else who has been ripped off by them: file a complaint with Consumer Protection Ontario and contact your bank for a chargeback immediately. Do not let them steal your money.

Rented a van and spent 1.5 hours in traffic. Barely made it before closing. I went to enter, while the employee was locking the door and she wouldn't let me in! I explained the rental and time spent in traffic. Was a customer for over 7 years. The management seems to encourage disrespect as a business model. If you enjoy being treated like garbage, this is the place for you. NEVER ASSOCIATING WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN.

They sold me a defective bar chairs.
The defect was kind of that could not be found untill the chairs are assembled.
I tried to return them respectfully after 2 days but they rejected it aruging that any return request acceptance is soley on their own discretion and clearly they did not want to accept returning defective items they had sold.
I just asked them to reply my email formally that my return request is rejected and ridiculously they canclled my membership.
They could not tolerate the fact that some of their customers are smarter .
