I had a breast lift and implants with Maya medical on the 28th March and couldn’t be happier with the results. The whole process went so smoothly, from speaking to the patient coordinators who organised my surgery to the follow up after care. I had my surgery with Dr Erkan Yüce and he ensured I felt comfortable and that the outcome was as close to what I wanted as possible. Nurse Havva has been amazing since visiting me in the hotel the day after my surgery to still following up with me 3 weeks later. I couldn’t have asked for a better team and would recommend them to anyone who is thinking of having surgery.

I had breast uplift & implant surgery with maya medical the team are professional & friendly from first sending them a message they organised everything the whole process with them was smooth. Everything was explained to me in detail and I felt reassured at every step of the way, aftercare was amazing with daily visits from nurse havva. From patient coordinator to dr erkan & his team at the hospital everyone was kind & respectful. Since returning home 3 weeks ago I have been in regular communication with the team sending updates still receiving advice & aftercare. I would recommend this company fully I felt safe and cared for & I am so happy with my results.

I had a breast augmentation (with implant exchange) and uplift with maya on Saturday 8th March 2025. I had multiple consultations (including in the UK) and decided to go with Maya despite them being one of the more expensive options. I’m so so so glad that I did. My travel, surgery and aftercare experience were perfect. You’re collected at the airport, to the hotel (Hilton), and taken to and from the hospital for surgery and check up, then back to the airport in a private car which is lovely. The hospital itself is a really nice private hospital, quite quiet which was nice, private room. Dr Yuce came in in the morning and talked me through the surgery, did my markings etc, and made me feel at ease. His English is great and he understood what I wanted. I came round from the surgery within a few hours and was in pain but honestly fine within a couple of hours. I stayed one night then back to my hotel in the morning - by which time I felt totally fine, up and about and ready to get back to my hotel and out for dinner. At the hotel I met nurse Havva who would be dealing with medicine, aftercare etc. honestly nurse Havva was the highlight of the surgery and is a credit to Maya. She is so knowledgeable, careful and thorough - more and better than my first boob job in the UK. She came to see me, checked and cleaned my incisions and changed my dressings twice in the 3 days afterwards. Pain medicine etc is no problem. I felt fine, not much pain just a bit achey (like gym muscle soreness) and was able to be a tourist in Istanbul and do boat trips, go out for dinner etc. Nothing is an issue and she answered any worry within minutes of texting her. Last day we were checked at the hospital and cleared by the doctor to fly. Since I’ve been home the aftercare from Havva has continued to be amazing. Still any silly worried texts I send at any time is immediately answered re swimming, exercise etc. Now to the result. I waited a full 5 weeks to do this review so I could be sure I was happy before I left a review. I am completely in love with my results. My lift is perfect, size is perfect. Incisions are PERFECT. I have full sensation in my nipples, no numbness, no pain. 5 weeks post op and you can barely see the incisions any more. I could not be happier with the outcome. I already know in 15 years when I want a facelift I’m coming straight back to Maya! Genuinely couldn’t be happier or recommend them more. 5 stars.

I recently traveled to Turkey to have rhinoplasty, which is surgery to reshape the nose. I had heard a lot about the great services there, and I was excited to experience it myself. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and helpful. They took great care to explain everything to me, making sure I understood the process. The hospital was clean and modern, which made me feel safe. The doctors were very skilled and made me feel at ease before the surgery. They listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. After the procedure, the follow-up care was excellent. The nurses checked on me regularly and helped me with anything I needed. My recovery went smoothly, and I am really happy with the results. Overall, my trip to Turkey for rhinoplasty was a wonderful experience, and I would recommend it to anyone considering similar surgery I wanna say a big thank you to one of the nurses “Havva” she was exceptional and did everything I said and helped me like my own mother would🤲🏽❤️

Zehra was my coordinator and she was lovely and met me at the hospital :) my surgeon was Dr Dogan Alhan and he was so nice and explained everything in detail. If I was ever to go get another surgery done it would be with him as he knows what he is doing with many years of experience.

My nurse was Nurse Havva and she literally looked after me the whole time I was there, from taking me to my after care appointment, calling to see me every day and even running me to the pharmacy for supplies! I cannot thank this woman enough it was like having a sister there with you :) she definitely made this whole process easier and she actually cares rather than it just being a job.

I can’t thank the whole team at maya medical enough they were brilliant from the word go and even when I had returned home. So girls if anyone is on the fence about doing it contact Maya and they will take care of you!

I used Maya in January 2025 for a breast enchantment. After numerous of years of research and countless conversations with friends I settled on Maya. I can not fault anything with the company, the communication, the staff, the doctors, the transportation. From the second I contacted them they have been nothing but supportive. When in Istanbul they even dealt with me asking questions about the local area and best places to visit, and even dealt with me rearranging a check up due to getting side tracked sight seeing. Havva has been amazing since the surgery with numerous messages ensuring my safety and wellbeing after the surgery and answering any random question I have had. The surgeon was amazing and listened to my request of what I was hoping to achieve with the results. After wanting this surgery for nearly 18 years I can honestly say I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Recommend 100/100

Surgery review

I started my journey with Maya through a recommendation from a previous Maya patient. I had queries about breast surgery and tummy tuck surgery. I contacted Maya through what’s app and was contacted straight away by a patient coordinater with all the details about the two various surgeries. After sending pics for surgeon to review they came back with the method of surgery that would give me my best results.
We agreed to go ahead and started the ball rolling with hotel bookings and flights to Istanbul.
On my arrival I was picked up by my own personal driver and taken to hospital to have all my pre op bloods taken to make sure that my surgery could go ahead safely.
On the morning of the surgery I was nervous but I was put at ease by surgeon and patient coordinator.
I was in the hospital for two nights and was visited by surgeon and team on both days to check on my recovery.
Once back at the hotel my Nurse, Nurse Havva came every day to help me shower and changed dressings and check on healing process. She was absolutely amazing and was there to answer any of my queries 24 hours a day. She’s a real life angel and is a credit to her nursing profession and to Maya as a company.
On my return home the communication has continued and check ups on my recovery were as explained at my initial consultation.
I’m very pleased with my results and would be happy to recommend Maya to anyone who is considering surgery.

Absolutely FANTASTIC Experience with the amazing Maya Medical with amazing results!

From the start when asking about information on WhatsApp no question was a stupid question made me feel really at ease so much so I booked my uplift and implants.

Arriving in Istanbul being picked up by my own personal driver taken to our hotel The Elysium Taksim which was beautiful our room was amazing with the best views staff really friendly and welcoming as-well as breakfast included for myself and my companion.

Surgery day - meeting my coordinator in our reception in our hotel to take us to the hospital made us feel really at ease. Finally after getting all the tests done we met Sule and the surgeon (Dr Erkan) and his team and WOW what a team they made me feel really safe and calmed me down when I was really nervous.
After coming around from surgery I was checked by the nurses every hour making sure I was recovering well and helped me to get up and walk around the ward.

After having a full night’s sleep in the hospital and seeing the surgeon again I was fit to go back to the hotel, so nurse Havva came to pick me up get my medication from the pharmacy and help me settle into my room at the hotel.

Every day I felt a bit better and every single day Havva came to check my surgery and even helped me have a shower which felt AMAZING!

The day before my flight to come home, Havva collected me to go back to the hospital to see my surgeon again to just make sure he was happy with everything before I left and he gave me a fit to fly letter.

I honestly can’t recommend Maya any higher they are a company who really cares about your wellbeing and the most professional and kindest people I’ve ever met! We left feeling like we were leaving friends.
It’s been near to a week since being at home and the team are still in contact every day asking for photos and updates on how I feel which makes me feel so reassured.

Fantastic Experience with Maya Medical

I had an amazing experience with Maya Medical for my rhinoplasty. From start to finish, everything was well-organized, and the care I received was exceptional.

My patient coordinator, Zehra, was incredible—she handled everything for me and checked in every day to make sure I was okay. After my surgery, Nurse Hevva took great care of me, ensuring I was comfortable and recovering well.

My surgeon, Dr. Emre Baygol, was absolutely amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable, had a great bedside manner, and put me at ease straight away. Not only did he improve the shape of my nose exactly as I wanted, but he also improved my breathing, which has made such a difference.

Honestly the worst company I’ve ever used. They cancelled my surgery an hour before I was meant to go in. They said I’m anaemic which according to them is a common issue and can be sorted in a few weeks with iron tablets. They never once asked me to test prior to arriving in turkey which would have avoided the whole situation. Their customer service is awful.

The hotel they put me in was not like the brochure they sent over at all, the room was fine but not as expected.

They refused to give me my deposit back as well

Lots of companies ask for blood tests to be done a lot prior to surgery which is exactly what this company should implement.

Now they’re accusing me of lying and telling me I knew I had this deficiency when I don’t even have any symptoms.

I went to Maya Medical for rhinoplasty and otoplasty surgery at the beginning of this month. I was very sceptical at first as I had never been to Turkey before and wasn’t sure what to expect (I came from the UK) and had only just turned 18. I can confidently say that from start to finish my experience with this company was absolutely incredible. My nurse (Havva) and patient co-ordinater (Yagmur) were both there for whatever I needed and always on call for any questions I had throughout the process. My surgeon was Dr Dogan, we met before the surgery took place to discuss what I wanted to achieve and he was brilliant and made me feel very calm (as I was terrified of being put to sleep for surgery). He did a remarkable job and I’m so so happy with my results, they are exactly what I’ve always dreamed for. I have just gone back to maya for my second procedure which is now laser eye surgery. I have suffered with my eye sight my whole life so this was seriously a life changer. Dilara was so helpful the whole way through and went above and beyond to make me feel safe. Every single question was answered and I was aware of everything ever step of the way. The company is beyond amazing and I can not recommend enough. Also whilst I was there I saw nurse Havva who checked my boobs as I had them done in March 24 with maya also. I will tell you about the beautiful experience I had choosing Maya medical. From the first moment I was welcomed very warmly and at the same time very professionally. The first interaction was with my coordinator Dilara. She is wonderful and I want to thank her for the patience she had with me. I am a fearful person, I worry and ask for a lot of details. Dilara was very kind and gave me the necessary details about the operation and anesthesia. She also gave me complete information about the price, hotel and everything about post-surgery care. In other words, professionalism.
I have no words to describe how my visit to this clinic went. It was an extraordinary experience. From the moment we arrived at the airport, we were waited for, we were taken by car to the hotel. In the morning I was greeted by Yagmur, my coordinator. She welcomed me and went to the clinic.She did everything possible to help me relax because I was a little scared. She is really charming and very professional. The clinic is very clean, professional staff. The room is very nice , looks like a hotel room.
As for Dr. Erkan, all I can say is that he is an extraordinary man. Very attentive to details, very responsive to my needs. A professional and I am happy that I chose him because the result of the breast reduction, reconstruction with a lift came out wonderful. I waited for years because I was afraid, but I am very happy with the result and the choice I made.
Post-operative care is very important. Doctor Erkan made sure that the nurse came to the hotel, changed my bandage and made sure that everything was fine. Havva is the nurse who took care of me afterwards and I want to thank her for her patience and for teaching me how to I'll take care of it later. The result is extraordinary. As for the hotel, I can say that the area where we stayed is Taksim and it is gorgeous. The hotel is elegant, clean, the food is extraordinary. Thank you to all team .

My patient coordinator Yagmur always kept me updated and I could ask her anything and she would answer it straight away over in the UK and whilst I was over there for my surgery.
My surgeon was Dr Erkan Yüce who made me feel so comfortable and relaxed, I’m so pleased with my results so far ( breast uplift )
I also want to thank Nurse Havva, she really couldn’t do enough for me, she is so caring and I could ask her anything. She is still checking up on me now, after having my surgery 4 weeks ago. If I was to have surgery again I would a million percent use Maya Medical again!
