MDG Sports Opiniões

Every now and then you run into a company that you feel obligated to take the the time to provide a review. MDG Sports is one of them. Excellent communication (even on a Sunday), great prices and exceptional service.

This is the second time I have ordered from this company and both times delivery has been extremely quick. The price was competitive and I was pleased to find the racket I needed in stock as it was to replace one of two already owned due to a split frame and I specifically wanted the same racket. Excellent service.

I ordered and paid for some badminton shoes over a month ago and have heard nothing. I've tried emailing but received no reply. I tried phoning but the number given on the website is unrecognised. I've now asked for a refund via the website 'contact us' page. Time will tell....

Update: I did get a quick response from the company following my website message. They identified a problem with the carrier. They reshipped my shoes and they arrived today. Thanks MDG Sports!

A proper racket shop. These guys know their stuff. Super helpful.

MDG sports , Thank you James & the great team for flawless bespoke service, support & stringing for my new Tennis racket. It arrived quickly and perfectly packaged. `hopefully I’m worthy of it. We will be back for sure, for the next one.

A wide range of stock for all you racket sports needs. Wouldn't shop anywhere else. Friendly staff too!

I was a little wary ordering from MDG, having read a couple of these reviews, but I was delighted by the service. I tried to order 2 racquets online, to take advantage of the 5% off for 2 racquets offer. However, the discount code wasn't working online so I left it. MDG contacted me to ask if I wanted to complete the order. I explained the issue with the code, and they honoured it over the phone. 2 working days later, the racquets were delivered by DHL, freshly strung. Excellent service.

MDG Sports has a wide variety of racquets. Happy with my purchases and assistance on every ocassion.

A first class company with excellent customer service and communication.
Our racket arrived today and my daughter is so delighted.
Plus MDG is very good value for money

James was incredibly helpful and knowledgable. He also ensured next day delivery and kept in constant contact regarding the order.

Ordered Wilson ultra v4 and 36 head orange balls . Received it in 2 days. Very good communication over the phone . Thanks MDG sport.

I purchased a Yonex VCore Pro 100l following a quick discussion on the phone. Firstly, it was on sale for a extremely competitive price and when the choice of hybrid strings are included, it’s simply a bargain. Secondly, I chose a grip 3 that was original and not one built up from a smaller size and hence the racket balance was not compromised. Finally the service was prompt with next day delivery as an option. I was able to discuss choice of string tension and playing characteristics with the owner and found that extremely helpful. I would thoroughly recommend MDG Sports if anyone is considering buying a tennis racket.

Mike and James were most helpful and responsive at both purchase and in chasing up a late delivery by DHL. Excellent customer service combined with enthusiasm and knowledge of tennis.

Seamless experience, only took 2 days from purchasing to delivery.

2nd time I have used MDG sports recently. Wish I had discovered them earlier. Outstanding and friendly customer service. Highly recommend.

The knowledge of the staff is outstanding and helped choose the best rackets for my wife and I! I will be coming back for sure

Excellent customer service. Realised there was a problem with my order when I ordered it however I informed them and within minutes I received a phone call to help rectify the issue. Very helpful and knowledgeable service. The product then arrived the next day. Would highly recommend them.

Great place to get a tennis racquet. Very helpful. Really know what they are talking about. Top Draw stuff.

We’ve bought 2 rackets from James recently and he was really helpful and listened to what we needed….no hard sell, just great advice. There are so many options out there and he made the whole experience so much easier! The rackets both arrived the next day and we are really happy with our purchases. Will def buy from MDG again in the future.
