Useless don’t waste your time on this…

Reply : I don’t know why you would be shocked. Your protocol could leave people without inhalers. I totally understand you need to check. But the facts are I’m 55 years old. Used inhalers for decades. I’m very capable of using them. My NHS app is not upto date, I’ve actually only recently started to access it and it’s beyond my control. I gave my doctors details. I don’t have anything else to prove I need inhalers. As stated you were given my Doctors details to verify. I needed Ventolin not opioids. I can think of better drugs than Ventolin to lie about. I went back to an old supplier of Ventolin who verified me by contacting the surgery - more expensive less hassle.

Useless don’t waste your time on this company trying to buy simple Ventolin inhalers anyone would think I was trying to buy a banned substance. Gave them the details it wasn’t enough gave them doctors details and address - unfortunately my nhs app isn’t fully upto date therefore couldn’t continue with their unreasonable demands so they could supply an inhaler - total waste of time only tried because they were cheap but they say you get what you pay for

However, we are taken aback and disappointed by your comments.

Our Prescribers have to confirm condition diagnosis and previous medication history in accordance with guidelines set by our regulators.

Unfortunately, this is something beyond our control but does ensure we follow safe prescribing procedures such as checking for existing medication/contraindications which may lead to side effects.

This also keeps within our proud and longstanding patient ethos of care.

Using the information provided by you, the Prescribers were unable to do this, so we had to request further information from you.

We are sorry you were unhappy with your experience, but all registered and legal online pharmacies should also be adhering to similar protocols.

Highly recommend this pharmacy!

Straightforward online form which removed the need for me to request a private consultation elsewhere, which may or may not result in me sourcing the meds I want. Super quick and efficient, managed to obtain my off label drug from here as the NHS wont fund it possibly due to costs despite it being the safest antibiotic out there.

Would highly recommend - thanks team!

BAD BAD BAD - Waste of 8 days of my life

I paid for my order on 13 July 2025. They asked me too many questions and asked me to provide test reports and prescription. This was provided by me immediately.
On 17 July someone called me and asked me more questions. She said someone will contact me soon. But nobody contacted me so I sent them an email.
On 21 July, I received an email stating “Your consultation was declined by the Prescriber following your telephone conversation on 17th July”
Waste of 8 days of my life.
I was left without medicines for 8 days. If you had informed me earlier, I would have shopped elsewhere.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback.

However, a delay only occurred when one the Prescribers checked your records and could find no previous history of a diagnosis or you having previously been prescribed that medication, so we had to contact you about this.

It should be noted that we have a strong ethos of care for our patients and strict protocols with our medication policies due to requirements from our regulators.

If a patient does not meet the requirements of our prescribing policies, we have to request additional information. This is the same for all patients.

Unfortunately, the extra information you provided still did not meet the Prescriber’s requirements for that particular medication, so this resulted in a further delay.

The Prescriber had no choice but to then decline your request as you informed the Prescriber you did not want to pay for any additional tests to deem your suitability for the medication.

Great products and great service!

I have just placed my second order with Medical Specialists and I have been very happy with their online process. Yes, the medical questionnaire is very rigorous but it's very necessary before they can issue a prescription. Their procedures are clear and concise and the follow-up emails provide additional information and assistance. A great all-round service!

As we have previously stated, it is down to your own bank in respect of how quickly the transaction is re-credited back to your account.

Please note that as we did not actually take for any money, there is no 'refund' listed in your statement, but instead will be your available balance being increased by the transaction amount, once the pending transaction has been removed from your statement by your own bank.

If you had contacted us privately, we could have supplied you with a code, which you can then give to your bank, and they can provide further information about the status of the transaction.

English only blood test?!

My order was rejected since my blood test was taken overseas and was not in English. This is strange as any blood test uses universal labels, such as RBC, WBC, ALT, AST, with ranges being identical to ranges used in labs in the UK. A complete waste of time... Good job there are plenty of other similar pharmacies online!

However, you supplied test results that were in another language, and although as you rightly state there are universal abbreviations such as WBC and RBC etc, the reference ranges can be different from laboratories and countries.

We have an ethos of care for our patients and our prescribers are unable to take responsibility for translating clinical blood results from another language as they assess the results as a whole, and not necessarily just the liver results before making a clinical judgement. We were more than happy to proceed if you provided the results in English as we requested, however you refused to do this and requested to cancel your order instead.

During my recent health challenges

During my recent health challenges, the support I received from the staff was nothing short of remarkable. Useless Website

Useless Website - Spent ages filling in the same questions over and over again - then the webiste wouldn't save my answers with no clue as to why! Only wanted a course of Colchicine for Gout - As my local doctors (The Croft Surgery in Eastergate) are absolutely useless with no appointments.

Medication with short use by dates

I recently used the last of my gout medication which was at least two maybe three years old & still in date! So I ordered some more medication from Medical Specialists® Pharmacy however when the medication arrived it only had 9 months before they expired, I offered to return the items for a refund but was told no, do not use this company they are unreliable.

However, we only state on our website that we do not supply medication with less than 3 months left on the expiry date, and we strongly believe that 9 months is ample time for the number of tablets you were actually prescribed.

Absolutely appalling online pharmacy

Absolutely appalling online pharmacy, these "people" are mafia online chemists making a lot of money from poor people who for whatever reason cannot be prescribed safe medication normally via a dentist or GP.

Do not give them your money do not bother and ignore any positive reviews about them absolutely disgusting way to prescribe medication online after you have paid them, after money has been taken.
