Abysmal given that it is a CQC registered medical service provider and is therefore supposed to have certain polices and processes in place.

Appears to have parted company with the individual who had been providing a medical service to me as a patient and no-one is able to confirm who has and is responsible for my patient/medical records.

Concerning given that these are subject to stringent patient confidentiality obligations. Despite repeated contact, all queries have been ignored. Shocking given the statements it has published on its website about the importance of clinical care the. Not my experience - it has been disinterested and shown an abject lack of concern and care.

Cannot recommend given that it is is unable to respond to an email. Why would I trust it with private and sensitive medical and health information. I don’t!

Danny is professional and knowledgeable. He's calmness in diagnosis and reassurance took a great weight from my shoulders and explained a lot of what had been going on in my life without me understanding my condition. I highly recommend Danny if your exploring ADHD assessment.

Danny Kungebeharry is an exceptional healthcare professional and ADHD Specialist and I feel very lucky to have found Danny. Danny is professional, hugely experienced and knowledgeable and also warm and kind - 100% patient focused, seeing the whole person not just the presenting condition.
My assessment for ADHD was carried out with patience, and laser focus but it was Danny's "bedside manner" that made the process and outcome easier to digest and understand.
If you find yourself feeling you have ADHD and are exhausted from tying to cope or manage , mask or just want answers to all the questions swimming around in your head non stop... I would recommend Danny highly. My life changed in that moment of clarity and understanding with my diagnosis and I've never looked back since . Literally life changing - and my continued care and support has been fantastic.

I came across Medisonal's website as i was looking for a consultation on ADHD. I was diagnosed years ago but it seemed time to get re-evaluated. i registered and was offered a free initial call with a Doctor to find out if this would be suitable for me. I was then asked to get my summary care record from my GP but i met some resistance from them despite me calling them several times. The medisonal admin team managed to get the details for me from my clinic and my consultation was very comprehensive. All in all a very small process. I can see this company is relatively new in the clinic space which is why i wanted to recognise their efforts and write this review. I would not hesitate to recommend the Medisonal clinic to anyone.

This is an excellent virtual clinic. The signing up process is easy and everything is done online including the verification and initial assessment. The staff are super friendly and efficient. As for the consultation, Dr. Dulay was great and he was willing to spend as much time as I needed to understand my situation. I will definitely use this service again.

Recently went through the registration/consultation phases with Medisonal and on all fronts the overall client experience was one of the best I have ever received. From the administration side both Sarah and Chloe helped guide me seamlessly through the process leading up to the consultation appointment with Dr. Vimal Sivasankar. The consultation session was both informative and eye opening and I felt that there was real care and attentiveness given to the patient.
