Great Customer Service! When I received my order, the bundles were the wrong length. I immediately emailed Lilia to inform them of the mix up with a pic for proof. When I received a response they were very apologetic, and explained that I could return the bundles in exchange for the correct length, or keep the bundles with a $10 credit. Of course, I needed the bundles so I decided to return them. I explained that I needed the correct bundles before my scheduled hair appointment. Everyday we had communication and both parties agreed that we would be trustworthy and send the bundles back to them and them to me. After I sent confirmation to them that I put the bundles in the mail, they let me know they were sending the correct bundles to me. Today, I received the correct bundles and they will receive the returned bundles tomorrow. All before my scheduled appointment. This was only a 5 day process. Great customer service and communication!!!! 10/10 in my book!

My wig has arrived! And i love it this is my third purchase! And I'll be purchasing again. Customer service is also awesome! I highly recommend

this hair is very soft, the curls are very cute! little to no shedding and great lace.

The hair is very soft and the curl pattern is excellent the wet and wavy hair is to be brought again by me and some people in my family I even bleach the knots and the hair went right back to it’s normal.

Good hair great customer service you get your refund if you don’t like the hair as far as its untouched! They are really reliable affordable hair good prices great discounts. A great place for wigs.

I love my wig? I enjoyed my wig with the full body & lashes. Just wished I had more of an option with my part on the frontal lace. The sides was more in the center for me. However, My hairstylist rocked it!

The hair I ordered was not received the style and the density were less than the pictured shown. Customer service offered a $10.00 refund on a $135.00 purchase to show good faith. What the Heck!!! And they kept trying to get me to buy the same wig that I originally ordered for $110.00 more.

Please if you are reading this DO NOT purchase hair on this website. I know it might seem cheap but it’s not worth the headache. I waited 20 days for my hair to arrive, I mean 20 days!!
Meanwhile I was asking for informations to the customer service ,afraid they had just stolen my money. The customer care reassured me and said they were going to send a DOUBLE GIFT as compensation. Cool right?!
When the hair finally arrived on the 10th February (made the payment the 20th January)it was, of course just one. So I asked the same person where was the “double gift” she talked about and she said that that was not her company. Wow.

Im totally upset by this company. I asked for a color 2 I was sent supposedly cambodian hair that was lighter than a 4. Im very unhappy. The hair had tones of split ends and when I washed it my sink was water I soaked the hair in was black because of whatever dye they used came off and the hair tangled horribly. They will not answer the phone or call back from 6265379627 constantly calling u dear. I have only recieved text messages and now since I have a issue Grace wont respond. I feel like Ive been taken advantage of because I was lied to about the hair.

I ordered the Malaysian kinky curly. The hair is very pretty and soft however it did have a smell to it and along with some pieces red of thread which left me a little skeptical. However, I thoroughly washed and deep conditioned the hair over night. The curl pattern remained beautiful and there was very little friz and shedding. The bundles were very thick and I did not use all of them. The delivery of the hair was also very fast it was ordered on Monday and received on Friday. Will I order again? Yes, but probably the Brazilian curly.

I give two stars because customer service was good from the beginning. I've ordered three bundles of the kinky straight Brazilian hair it wasn't a good quality it smells awful , and it wasn't kinky it was a silky hair , so I returned it they received the hair. Now I'm trying to see reach them no one answered me . I'm so mad I need my money back I worked hard for my money. Stay away from them

Service was good. However I thought I was getting a complete wig. What I purchased was weave hair. I’m very disappointed but the hair is good quality. Just need to read carefully and make sure you order what you want.
