I’ve been a loyal customer for 30 years.
The CEO sent out a newsletter in May supporting RFK Jr as Secretary of HHS.
I immediately cancelled my membership and account.
They cancelled my membership asap but made it somewhat difficult to cancel my account. Meaning, I’m not obligated to buy more products but I still had an account with them.
I hope it’s being resolved.

I absolutely love their products. They are high quality and affordable. Their vitamins have made a huge difference in our family. The cleaning supplies are second to none.

If you ever order from them, and GOD FORBID you ask for a refund for an order that never showed up to your doorstep, THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU THE FULL REFUND. They still charge you shipping for a product you never received!!! I paid 133 and some change for my order. I was refunded 119 back and they charged for shipping still. Dishonest company. Do not buy from them.

I just got the leisure pants I ordered, a little wary because they are a men’s size 2XL, but absolutely love how they fit and feel. I am a female who is just over 6 feet tall and it feels great to wear comfy pants that touch my ankles. They were a great price too! I joined Melaleuca for the high quality vitamins and keep finding gems in other products. The loyalty dollar amount that repays my shipping gives me the extra funds to try products that I might not otherwise try. The videos provide coupons but they’re very informative, I feel confident that my family is well taken care of with these products.

Love love LOVE this company based on over 20 years a customer. I started when I heard about safer products that I could use around our four young kids and never looked back. They ALWAYS pick up the phone and ALWAYS are helpful. Shocked at any negatives. They truly never took the time to know Melaleuca or its products and I feel sorry for those that didn’t. BTW They were just recently ranked as one of Americas most trusted brands by USA Today! So I guess they have a few satisfied customers; right. Thanks Melaleuca for the quality AND savings of time and money! <3

Don't do it! the products are not what they say they are and the business model is definitely not what they say it is! I was sucked into this garbage under false pretenses and now what was supposed to be a full cash refund is just over half of what they owe me and it is being credited to my melaleuca account not the credit card that it was charged on. They are nothing but a scam, a full on scam! I did warn them that if they didn't return my money properly I was going to start posting all over social media So here we are and this is just the beginning.

Not only that you are completely lied to about getting into the program to make money or for business growth. You are showed a video that's supposed to be top secret on how to make money by going after podcasters and social media influencers and they'll show you how to do it so you don't have to bug your friends and family. LIES! Then you are given a script to read which actually guides you through when people say no and how to get them to buy.

W styczniu złożyłam zamówienie w Państwa firmie. Niestety, konsultantka, z którą rozmawiałam, nie poinformowała mnie o kluczowym warunku współpracy – że brak comiesięcznych zamówień na kwotę sięgającą kilkuset złotych skutkuje automatycznym wysyłaniem tzw. „gadżetów” i pobieraniem środków z konta bankowego bez mojej wyraźnej zgody na konkretne produkty.

Po zorientowaniu się, że pieniądze są pobierane bez mojej wiedzy, natychmiast zablokowałam kartę oraz wszystkie dalsze płatności. Dwie niezamówione przesyłki zostały przeze mnie odesłane – za jedną otrzymałam zwrot. Nadal jednak nie odzyskałam kwoty 400 zł, mimo że od stycznia wielokrotnie próbowałam się z Państwem skontaktować i polubownie rozwiązać sprawę.

Zdecydowanie potępiam tego typu praktyki – są one nieuczciwe, wprowadzające w błąd i nieakceptowalne w relacjach z klientem. Brak transparentnej informacji oraz automatyczne obciążanie konta bez jasnej zgody są działaniami, które w mojej ocenie noszą znamiona nieetycznego i potencjalnie niezgodnego z prawem działania.

W związku z brakiem jakiejkolwiek reakcji na moje wcześniejsze zgłoszenia, informuję, że sprawa zostaje zgłoszona do odpowiednich instytucji – w tym do UOKiK oraz Rzecznika Praw Konsumenta.

Garbage. Diluted, overpriced, useless garbage. Save your money and buy a magic eraser.

Although it takes a bit to get used to how their system works I found it an easy replacement for everyday products I was already buying. Except these products were not full of chemicals bad for my family or filled with water to increase their bottom line. And my money was going to support a USA business TARIFF free!

It does take a change in how you think when buying these products because they are concentrated and last longer but they are so much better for your family. And they do have a point system you have to get used to but if you can keep an open mind I promise this will be a great experience and you’ll find better products that you need anyway!

I found this company easy to work with once I understood the system. It is NOT a scam but a new HONEST way of buying everyday products from an AMERICAN made USA based company. How can you not love that?

Horrible horrible horrible. Their shipping stinks. Their orders always are late. I like their vitamins but all their BS policies stink. Not a good way to run things.

I’ve been using Melaleuca products for over 12 years. This week I needed to contact them about a damaged box, and they immediately took care of my issue and sent out a new box. Customer service is great.

This company participates in FALSE ADVERTISING. I find it disgusting that they pose an an organization that supports "Buy Small" with their AmeriSwitch campaign, only to find out that this is a front and they are hiding their actual name.

They are taking advantage of the current news and fact that people are mad at the Billionaire takeover. They are posting as a business who distributes product of small entrepreneurs of the USA misleading people to buy their products as they are the very Billionaires that they speak of! DISGUSTING marketing tactics!!! Do better people. Buy from actual small businesses in America. NOT POSERS!!!

Useless company.
I had a question about the product so I contacted customer service. Unfortunately no one can give me simple information. My question keeps "traveling" between different teams. I'm still waiting for respond.

I have loved this company, service and products, for 32 years! Yes, I have ordered every month for that long, and do it because I love, need, and use their products. I don't know why there are any bad reviews on customer service, it's absolutely amazing. Yes, their plan has a few sensible rules, but I have never received a shipment I didn't place, or had a problem with finances in my account, ever, in 32 years. There are a couple products I'm not crazy about, but there are 400 others to choose from!

Please bring back the Tropical Scent Booster & match up all your laundry scents for all laundry products.
My favorite scent is Tropical.

I enrolled a customer in January of 2025, and they never received their order. I contacted customer service and explained that their $150 package never arrived, and I asked for help. The representative expedited an additional order to the customer for free with no questions asked! The whole process took less than 5 minutes to resolve! And in my experience, customers can cancel quite easily. My experience has been great and the customer service is outstanding!

They have a very dysfunctional membership program. Even when I placed an order, they would send a backup order. This happened several months in a row, so I canceled. I followed the instructions to cancel, but they still sent me a backup order and charged me when I wasn't expecting that money to be leaving my account as I had canceled two months ago. Now I have to wait for them to receive the email I sent in January AGAIN to prove it and wait for them to mail a check with my money. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR BANKING ACCOUNT!!!
