I had a quality problem with loafers…

I had a quality problem with loafers which i bought a few months ago. I trusted the brand again and bought the new Aldley in leather and after only 2 times of use, the leather along the front seam got separated and damaged. Customer service denied this to be quality defect and said it is normal for natural leather. Very disappointing! Never again to trust this brand and their quality

After carefully reviewing the photos provided, our team did not identify signs of a manufacturing defect such as splitting or cracking. The marks visible along the front seam appear consistent with natural creasing, which can occur as genuine leather adapts to movement and the shape of the foot, even after limited wear.

We understand this may not meet your expectations, and we truly regret any frustration caused. Your feedback has been shared with our product team.

IT WAS GREAT. I HAD TO RETURN A PAIR SINCE IT WAS TOO BIG. I WAS DISAPOINTED THAT ONLY SPAIN AND OTHER FEW COUNTRIES DO NOT HAVE FREE RETURN POLICY AS THE REST OF EURPEAN COUNTRIES ..

M&H buty stworzone dla ludzi wymagających.

Zamówienie przysłano jak zwykle elegancko zapakowane. A buty - mało brakowało a nie zamówiłbym tych sneakersów - wyglądają znakomicie ale noszenie ich jest tak komfortowe jak żadne wcześniej.
To moja 4 para butów z M&H i są co raz to lepsze!

Kvalitetna obuća u raznim bojama

Brza dostava. Kvalitetna obuća. Ima dosta akcija i tada treba kupovati. Najviše mi se sviđa što je obuća u bojama nije samo crno, sivo ili smeđe. Volim boje i to ne samo u ljetnim mjesecima već preko cijele godine.
