Hopeless.......
I run a small bar based in Newcastle. I rent 4 terminals from Merchant Monkey via Elevon. From my understanding someone pays on a card its received by elevon kept overnight then the same amount is released. Then why does money go missing? I've got around 1000 outstanding and no one seems to know where it is. Theres no explanation from Merchant Monkey or Elevon as to where the money is. This is almost a month without any answer. I was asked to supply receipts which I have to prove we took the money. Its an unbelievable situation excuses after excuses but no definite answer.

Hi Mark , I believe the local representative was helping with this problem with elavon . In fact he collated all the receipts and sent them into elavon with you . In the office we were under the impression this was sorted but obviously not ( we thought it had been , by elavon ) . Although this is clearly a Elavon problem / mistake, this is clearly unacceptable. We will call you immediately today at 9am to assist with your claim with elavon .
If you have these receipts available the claim with Elavon whose mistake it clearly is can be sorted .
ADDITION .. we have just spoken to the local representative and he spent 3 hours with you yesterday trying to sort this elavon problem and he is booked with yourself to come back in today .It appears it is a problem with a terminal that wasn’t used for 8 months ?? However we will still call you again today from 9am until we can get hold of you . Thanks .
