Ordered something 9 months ago, asked for a refund and now they are not getting back to me. Do not purchase anything from here, it’s a scam.

❌❌ I wouldn't use this company a lot of my friends have ordered stuff through here and not received it and when they email to chase up to try get refund they are totally blanked only when threatened with legal action do they reply and refund the order stay well clear of this company do not recommend ❌❌

Ordered a Fukuoka box in July , they took £144.99 out my account there and then. Told us it’s delayed until Jan. It’s now febuary I’ve been trying to contact them for ages nothing no response . Complete scammers

Please avoid using this company at all costs. I ordered an item on 8th Dec - Pokémon Mew battle deck for my daughter for Christmas. Put it this way, I hope it turns up this year instead. However, I am unbale to find a telephone number to speak with anyone in person. So trying to get in touch via email. As you can imagine, these are going unread/ignored. I have even tried to contact them via their website via their own communication channels but these are also being ignored. The item I purchased was £26.99. If the company is avoiding a customer for a purchase under £30.00 I WOULD STAY CLEAR OF THESE!!! ALARM BELLS!!!

I placed an order on 17 th December with a delivery of 3-4 days it’s now 31st Dec and still nothing. Also not replying to emails terrible service. They have taken my money I will contact my bank as they must be scammers!!

When you boast about having the earliest preorders that makes the consumer believe they will be getting it at the earliest possible date if not release day, to receive my product almost 3 weeks after release and to see its now 15%+ cheaper than the preorder price and received at the same time is a bigger slap in the face, took 2 days of trying to get in contact with them as well, will never use again. Placed order around 14th Nov received 13th Dec release was 26 Nov for context.

I placed an order on the 9th Nov, paid postage for 5-7 business days. The order itself wasn’t even posted till 10 days after and its only just arrived on the 26th Nov. I needed this before that date as it was a birthday gift. Probably won’t be ordering again anytime soon. I’ve emailed the customer support team twice and had no reply.

Initially I was a bit worried this company wasn’t legit, but today I received my black bolt ETB today. It was well packaged also and had Royal Mail tracking and updates. I would use again now.
