Every time I apply for work through this company, you never ever ever hear from them ever at all. When you ring up asking about vacancies they're on the website, they always say they've got nothing. I just don't understand how businesses are staying in business when you're ringing constantly for two years solid and they've never got anything. When you ring up about jobs being advertised on social media on the website, they said it's a mistake; it's not meant to be there. I mean come on no.

David this immature guy who works for this organisation just rang me up asked me question then continually spoke over me then when i pointed this out he got on a power trip and took the job opportunity away from me. i was 95% through the completing the forms. i had a interview Monday but for some strange reason young david said it was both a interview and I got the job.
Either way just a rude person probably the worse experienced I've ever had with any agency.

So I got a call from the manager today then trust asked me for more details so meridian would understand my complaint better. It asked for full name and telephone.
Why would you need that for I have no plans on ever using you for work and I actually got a call today from the manager.
Anyway still not happy with the rudeness from their member of staff and the manager didn't really say that much that made me feel it was taken seriously.

It's true they are happy to invite you to join with a job prospect, harvest your information and then ignore you

Unsolicited texts to our business first just asking if we we open to catch up and that our 'skills match a new role'. Person was advised 3 times we're a business and was still insistent on sending nonsense about a hybrid role we can do in our own time. As trustpilot wont take screenshots i am literally typing the conversation with this company.

Them: Open to catch up?

Us: Good afternoon, You've come through on the web text system. It doesn't tell me who you are, sorry. Lisa NCS

Them: Hi, Clara Hughes from Meridian Business Support UK. We have a new position that fits your skills. Can I send job and salary details?

Us: Good afternoon, I am admin for the business who's skill match and I may be able to send you through to them

Them: Actually this is home-based task. We have online hybrid roles which you can do at your convenient time at home. Can i share the details?

Us: Im not sure who's 'skills' in our company match your position, but since you seem incessant send them across. Ill add it to junk file.

Them: Requirement for the role: 24+ and UK National or have work/residence rights. Can I go ahead if you qualify?

Us: We are a limited company with several employees

I was in the process of re-entering the job market and was mindful of contacting agencies and just being another number.

After speaking with Julia Northcott - Exeter, it became clear she was interested in making sure she had the right person for the job.

Always an eye on making sure the client received the best candidate, but also keeping you in the loop of any developments, while also coaching you, to get the most positive experience out of the process.

A refreshing experience, which resulted in me receiving a job offer.

Very helpful and accommodating. Julia Northcott was wonderful in advising me and helping me gain a decent role as well as briefing me for the job interviews with any details she could find. She was also very polite and personable, would recommend!

They Make there employees chases up there wadges when they dont get hours sent over and then they do not pay out as there entitledto do so. They make 0 effort to help out there contractors and once an issue is raised that takes a little time & effort they block your number and don't answer there business telephone. STRONGLY ADVISE DO NOT WORK FOR THEM!!!!!

I would not trust this agency.
As every agency you have to register online with them but the questions are more than unusual. You have to say if you rent or own your accommodation, if you have a written agreement with your landlord, they even want to know the names of people you live with and if they are related to you and what is your relationship to them. If you don’t answer these questions you can not get a job. I regret I ever gave my details to this agency at all.

Was called regards a job and following a positive call was asked to send some documentation with a view to possible interview at location which was close to home.
Job sounded pretty decent and I felt positive.
I didn't get the call back the next day and the day after I called back and was told the guy at the factory hadn't got back to them. Called on the Monday to be told Julie/ Julia I'm not sure was now off ill. Was offered her email to contact direct but I felt whilst ill it wouldn't be fair.
Tried to call several times since and told they would get lady to call me back.
Over a week later I still have had no call back.
I feel all they wanted to do was get my personal details banking/passport etc to show they have someone else on their books.
This week the same vacancy is being advertised again.
Very poor show

I can honestly say that Julia is a great consultant and helped me a great deal in finding my last role.

Crap experience, had to chase for weeks after they asked me to submit my data for a temp role. Submitted my data 2 months ago and yet to hear back, whilst they still have my sensitive data!

I had an great experience with julia she was so helpful and kind i would recommend anyone to talk with her. Always had a straight to the point chat but also was able to feel comfortable talking about my normal life which really does help boost confidence when talking to someone you have never spoken to before.

Even with a strong cv I know no one who has ever been offered an interview by this company. Either very unlucky or fake job adverts?

Cold contact on WhatsApp. Vague about positions and no idea what my profession or expertise was in. Chancers or scammers..? not very professional at best.

Well I can’t speak for the whole business but Julia Northcott is amazing. She helped me out big time with my new job. She got me an interview back in March for the business which in all honesty I was over qualified for. But when that same company was needing a supervisor she was straight back on the phone to me and got a me an interview again. She is a lovely person anyway really cares about her job and her clients. And if I need to hire any staff myself I’ll be contacting her straight away.

Amazing . Julia is one off the best in the business.. called me about a job. Got me an interview few days later got job offer same day. What else can I say but thank you
