Mexgrocer.co.uk Opiniões

A really good experience shopping at Mexgrocer. Although our parcels were delayed a few days due to the delivery company the customer service was extremely efficient and helpful trying to resolve the issue.
We will definitely continue ordering from this company.

Good products, variety, price and delivery

I’m quite frustrated with my recent experience. After spending £50, I was really looking forward to receiving the bonus candy that was promised for orders over that amount. Additionally, I was disappointed to find that the Mansion jar, which was supposed to be included as a bonus for ordering three Jarritos, was missing. It’s disheartening to have not received any of the items I was excited about, especially since they were advertised as part of the promotion. This has definitely left me feeling unsatisfied and let down. I hope this issue can be addressed so that future customers have a better experience.

I have been using Mexgrocer for years and do recommend them.

It was a fast delivery. Very good taste and good quality

All items were wrapped carefully, nothing was broken!

Quick delivery, good price, would recommend

They send beans that expired in 5 days ( I ordered two cases.) The associate I talked to said "they said on the site the expire in 5 days", needless to say, I did not see it. She sent me a link to return it. They only take returns if they are not expired. Seriously, I am so so disappointed. Very bad customer service

The best authentic Mexican food with a large selection of food and drink products!

I wouldn't go anywhere else for genuine Mexican ingredients, other than Mexico obviously!

The products were great, and they were delivered quickly!

Excellent service

Always a great experience. Items well packed in paper so no unnecessary plastic. Great products and lovely humans!

I love Every item I buy to enjoy a Mexican food

Fast delivery, good range of products and most in stock.

Great products which are difficult to source

Firstly the range of products is brilliant especially for Gluten Free. Secondly the packing and delivery time is amazing. Ordered on a Sunday afternoon, dispatched Monday and arrived Tuesday. Highly recommended

MexGrocer is awesome! Great selection of products, super fresh and quick delivery. I was missing these Mexican ingredients in the UK and so happy to have found MexGrocer.

Fast delivery and good products.

Orders always arriving really quickly. Amazing selection of Mexican ingredients and you often get freebies so can experiment with trying new things. Making decent Mexican food in the uk would be so difficult to make without access to some of this stuff so really appreciate having it available.

I've ordered quite a few times, and it's always perfect. Products are amazing, nothing is ever missing, all delivered right on time. Will never go anywhere else when I need these specifics.
