Easiest car hire I have ever used!
This was by far the best and easiest car hire compay I have ever dealt with. They were recommended by my family who use them all the time. They are located in the Express Carpark at Ma;aga airport. We walked out of the terminal and the chap was waiting for us with our name on a board, brought us to the car and had everything sorted in less than 5 minutes. No queues whatsoever. It is like car hire from a diferent planet! Also, their rates were very competitive so you are not paying extra for this much better service.

Incredible service and great value
Incredible service, value and hassle free. Meet and greet is fantastic and saves time and stress. Return is the same so made everything easier. We had a cancelled flight and extending the hire was smooth and a normal price!

En cuanto al tema del precio, nos gustaría aclarar que en nuestra página web, www.miamicarhire.com, indicamos claramente que el precio mostrado incluye un seguro con franquicia. Si desea añadir un seguro a todo riesgo, este se ofrece como un extra opcional durante el proceso de reserva. También explicamos en nuestras condiciones de alquiler la necesidad de contar con una tarjeta de crédito como garantía. Tuvo que añadir el seguro al no mostrarnos una tarjeta de crédito.
Lamentamos si esta información no fue percibida con claridad. Trabajamos continuamente para que nuestra comunicación sea lo más transparente posible y para ofrecer a nuestros clientes una experiencia sin contratiempos.

Excellent to deal with. Always waiting at the airport when you arrived (delays or not). Needed to change the car size half way through the holiday as our 3rd daughter arrived. This was accommodated without any issue.

Fantastically good and reliable car rental company.
Fantastically good and reliable car rental company. Have rented cars from Miami for several years. They show up at the airport with the car ready at the agreed time and are always helpful and friendly. Returning the car is just as easy and generally only takes a couple of minutes. Have rented cars in Malaga and many other places in Europe for 45 years and would say that this is the easiest and best car rental company I have experienced. The cars are of recent date and always serviced.

Renting cars from Miami for years now…
Renting cars from Miami for years now and it’s the only company i recommend to deal with.from start to finish from the booking with the lovely staff in the office to the fabulous guys on pick up and drop off they are a pleasure to deal with. The easiest,quickest and hassle free car service you will ever encounter! Gonzalo is almost like a family friend to us all so nice to all of family we usually rent 2 cars my parents and ourselves. Need to catch the names of the other guy who handled our drop off on thurs morn as he was so nice and want to give him a mention too. Keep doing what your doing and look forward to using your service again next year 👍

I have used most of the car hire…
I have used most of the car hire companies operating at Malaga airport but these guys are by far the best. The cars are great and the staff are always friendly and professional. It must be the quickest pick up and drop off process on the coast . Pick up is typically less than 5-10 minutes. No queue as the team wait for you outside the terminal door. Just a very short walk to the short term carpark and a few minutes paperwork. Drop off is even easier. Drop in short term carpark and cross the road to the terminal, usually less than 2 minutes.

This is our fourth summer as a family group hiring two cars at Malaga airport from Miami Cars. The level of personal service,attention to detail and kindness we receive from the owner and staff at Miami Cars is exemplary. Both collection and return handovers are simple. The cars are excellent. Many of the larger hire companies could learn a great deal from Miami Cars. These guys have designed out all of the frustrations to make renting stress free. I highly recommend Miami Cars to anyone wanting an excellent car hire experience.

Vi kontaktede dem direkte via mail hjemmefra og bestilte den bil vi ønskede.
Når man kommunikerer med dem skal man ikke vente på svar. Altid fin og glidende kommunikation med dem
Vi bestilte bilen med fuld forsikring.
Ved ankomsten til Malaga Airport, står en medarbejder og venter, klar med bil og faktura. Du betaler og kører. Ligeledes står de og venter, når du skal aflevere bilen. Også det sker uden problemer.
Alt i alt en super service og fin oplevelse.

Prima service
Prima service, auto was gemakkelijk en snel op te halen en in te leveren, geen lange rij bij een balie. Tijdens de vakantie stonden we met een lekke band in een piepklein dorp, binnen een uur was er een takelwagen (die niet nodig bleek), was de band geplakt en konden we weer verder.

Service and price excellent
The service and price were excellent as experienced every time I hired from Miami Cars. Timely and accurate delivery with the flexibility I appreciate. This time, for the first time, I was given a Chinese car and experienced problems understanding all the new buttons as the logic differed from what I had experienced with European car manufacturers. Since I did not have the time to update myself, Miami Cars offered a replacement Skoda similar to what I earlier have had.
I am very satisfied and recommend both the website for ordering and the company in general.
