Chimney sweep. Great job to today
Great job to today, my chimney was badly in need of sweeping.
After the Covid years I have completely forgotten the last time I had the chimney done.
Really great service, employee was in contact with me throughout the day as to his arrival time and did a great job, with very little mess.

We used MIB to sweep our chimney. It was very easy to arrange and the two gentlemen that arrived were very professional, prompt and clean!

Very pleasant experience
Matheus arrived on time, was friendly, explained what he was going to do and got on with the chimney sweep. After he was finished he gave some advice as to how to light the first fire after the sweep. All in all, a very pleasant unobtrusive experience!

Quick and easy process. Matheus was extremely professional and explained every bit of work he was going to carry out as well as giving us tips and pointers for lighting afterward (as this is the first fir lite in the property in years), will definitely use MIB again for other services

A 5 star chimney sweep, and much more! Once he had cleaned the chimney (vacuum unit, very clean), he checked the chimney temperature, checked it was drawing properly, and checked for cracks in the flue. The flue was really cold, so he advised how to light first fires to avoid cracking the flue. Then he cleaned my gutters. I also got his colleagues to install a chimney cowl later, and clean the windows. All 3 guys were so professional, polite, kept in touch, and very efficient. I'd highly recommend them.
