Dreadful experience
Dreadful experience. Received 5 faulty lights when ordering 20 outdoor lights. They were not damaged in transit, they had faulty fittings. My electrician didn’t think it would be an issue as they were obviously faulty.
I returned them as they requested but they kept promising to look at them but didn’t do anything.
Months and months passed with lots of follow up emails but nothing!
They acknowledged that they had received the returned lights but said they were very busy and that someone would look at them.
I had to buy replacement lights from another supplier.
It has been a long time now and still nothing from Mica Lighting.
In the end they just stopped responding to my emails.
An awful experience.
Unacceptable customer service.
