Dreadful experience. Received 5 faulty lights when ordering 20 outdoor lights. They were not damaged in transit, they had faulty fittings. My electrician didn’t think it would be an issue as they were obviously faulty.

I returned them as they requested but they kept promising to look at them but didn’t do anything.

Months and months passed with lots of follow up emails but nothing!

They acknowledged that they had received the returned lights but said they were very busy and that someone would look at them.

I had to buy replacement lights from another supplier.

It has been a long time now and still nothing from Mica Lighting.

In the end they just stopped responding to my emails.

An awful experience.

Unacceptable customer service.

Cancelled my online order within 5 minutes due to an oversight on my part. Mica Lighting still charged my card and wouldn't issue a refund. Had to make a dispute through the bank to get money back. Poor Service.

If I could give no stars I would. I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased. I ordered over $1000 worth of lights. One was received shattered to tiny pieces. This light was packaged differently to all the others with no protective foam around it. You cannot call anyone at Mica Lighting so I sent an email with photos. Initially I was told I would be given a refund. Later this was denied because I had used the free shipping offer which apparently negates shipping cover and I didn't take out the optional insurance - which I might add, no other suppliers ask you to do. I was then pressured to repurchase the light fitting because stock was low. I'll be going elsewhere and suggest you explore other options than Mica. While their prices are lower, their reliability, packaging and customer service are very poor and make for a bad deal.

Where is ZERO star rating...? This Comapny definately deserves one!
Their customer service does not exist. You do not know who sent you product. No ph #s, emails, etc. No way of communication.
Mica Lighting website with communication tab is like talking to the wall. No resposes - nothing. When you get faulty item, then there is no way you can get replacement or money back. Scam company!
