I have been sourcing custom microfiber towels from Microfiber Wholesale for a couple years now, and have never thought once to look elsewhere. All communications with staff have been great. I have purchased many products from Microfiber Wholesale over the years & have been very satisfied with the quality of both the dust/mop heads as well as the poles. If you have ever purchased a cheap plastic pole, you know why the metal poles and metal mop frames are obviously better. The selection of uFiber tools is excellent - I just purchased the hand trowel & it was exactly what I was looking for. Customer Service is also excellent - on my last order the young lady was able to expedite shipping so I could start cleaning a newly renovated basement apartment. Overall: 5 Stars

The catalog showed an electrostatic mop shown with a mop bar, so I ordered it (5"x24"). When it arrived, it was not made for a bar attachment, and had no straps or any way to connect to a bar.
Disappointed.
