Fantastic set-up with very helpful customer-facing staff. After a few years of working together, I would hope the regulatory burden could be eased - not sure what is manditory and what is discretionary....

I have been using Midpoint for about 3 years now, following a positive review of them I read in the Sunday Times. Three or four times a year I need to buy US$ and transfer the funds abroad, and on every occasion their service has been smooth and totally reliable, whilst the exchange rate is without fail exceptionally good. Their communications are always timely and keep me fully informed during the process, and their charges are very reasonable. I recommend them 100%.

I use Midpoint at least twice a month and have found the service very reliable and without a doubt the most cost effective. (I've tried many others before Midpoint came along, they are definitely the best)

Only niggle is that they don't have an Australian bank account which means a $20 fee for each transfer from my bank and a small delay in the payment. This isn't enough to stop me using thier service for all my transfers.

I've used Midpoint for over two and a half years. Over the course of time, as the number of users has increased, and the number of orders in the system needing matches has increased, the order match interval has dropped immensely. It now takes a only a few minutes.

The last remaining hurdle, for me, is the ability to pay locally in the US instead of by wire transfer to UK.

The staff has been unfailingly courteous and helpful whenever assistance was needed.

Midpoint service saves a huge amount of bank fees for frequent users, and I recommend it often to friends and associates. I have no hesitation in recommending to anyone else.

No issues and has always worked well - the only time that it didn't was when there was an issue with transfer from my account and it was handled very efficiently.

Transferred a significant amount of dollars into pounds. Placed the order in the morning, wired the funds from US and the pounds arrived in my UK account in the afternoon. By far the cheapest rate online.

Good service and rates. But I want to know/set the minimum exchange rate for each transaction and the dashboard doesn't allow this. Also an email at each step means you end up with a lot of emails.
