Great experience all round
We had a couple of minor hiccups with the van but over all a great experience with everything. Issues were taken on board and dealt with very professionally. We will definitely be using Mighty in the future.

The people at Mighty Campers were so so lovely and helpful. They were efficient yet warm and so friendly, really helped me feel welcome and gave me the confidence to navigate a new and unfamiliar place. They answered all my questions and showed me the camper so thoroughly. They were only a phone call away!

I would certainly use mighty campers…
I would certainly use mighty campers again as they allowed me to come early and collect my camper. They were friendly and very efficient as I was in and out in a quick time. I also was able to get some basic essentials for free, such as wipes. Paper towels and tissues.

Camper was clean, tidy and safe. Everything we could ask for.
Camper was clean, tidy and everything we needed as a young family of four. We were safe, comfortable and extremely happy. So happy in fact, we are planning our next trip with mighty campers again.

the worst rented camper we had in the…
the worst rented camper we had in the last 30 years (and we rented every year a camper, the 5th time in Australia!)
As I have written already to Mighty Campers in Hobart we had the following problems:
- The vehicle was dirty, the shelves were covered in salt, and we found tissues, sunglasses, and tweezers in the vehicle during our trip.
- Immediately after picking up the vehicle, the warning light came on indicating low engine oil, so we had to refill it right away.
- The windshield wipers were smearing (and we had a lot of rain), but we couldn't find new ones anywhere.
- The cutlery drawer kept opening; the button to close it didn't work.
- The mattresses were worn out and very dirty.
There was an iron bar under the mattress in the Alkhoven – what was it doing there? It was too big for the trunk.
- The large drawer next to the refrigerator was constantly stuck and could not be opened.
- The table in the rear area wobbled a lot. It was reattached after we complained, but it continued to wobble and we couldn't use it for eating.
We would never use Mighty/Maui again. It was simply a bad experience for the price of around 200 euros per day – and that for a rental period of almost 4 weeks! 12/21/25 – 1/16/26
