Best money I've ever spent
I am a home hobbyist and a complete novice when it comes to music production/audio engineering. I was intimidated by the idea of finishing some songs on my own and wasn't going to send anything out at all until I found Mike's website. I'm so glad I did because my ears tell me this is easily the best money I've ever spent on a project.
Mike is incredibly organized and efficient but he also takes the time to answer questions, which I appreciate. He knew exactly what I was going for and knocked it out of the park like he was in the room when I wrote the songs. It was a lot of fun to be able to relax and hear my ten songs change for the better, all the way from my home stems to Mike's mixes to the final masters. To say that I am thrilled with his work is the truth while also an understatement. I look forward to working with him again and will absolutely be doing so as soon as possible.

Professionalism at its best
I had some imperfections in my track that these guys identified and rectified giving the track a good sound. They were quick and replied to all questions expediently and with detail.

Even though the song is in Portuguese Language, he didn’t miss a single thing. He perfectly captured the emotion, balance, and space of the music.

Buyer Beware – Disappointing Experience with Mike’s Mix and Master
I ordered a mix and master service from Mike, costing around $200. After waiting two weeks, he sent me what he described as the “first mix,” but it sounded like he had simply bounced all the tracks together with little to no actual mixing effort—something I could have done myself.
I promptly replied, explained my concerns, and requested a refund, as I realized the project required sitting in a studio with someone in person to achieve the quality I needed. Unfortunately, I never received a reply. I followed up again, but Mike never responded.
In the end, Mike took the money, delivered a poor-quality product, and then ghosted me completely. I strongly recommend avoiding this service—please beware.

I’m truly sorry to hear about your disappointment and want to clarify a few things. My goal has always been to provide professional, industry-quality mixes and masters, and I regret that your experience didn’t meet your expectations.
To address your concerns:
• Every order begins with a first mix, which is intended as a starting point for review. From there, clients have unlimited revisions included in their package so we can shape the mix exactly as desired. It’s a collaborative process, and client feedback is essential to refining the sound.
• Regarding communication, I want to sincerely apologize if you felt ignored. I strive to respond promptly, but if I missed your follow-up messages, that is on me, and I take full responsibility.
• Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but I’m always open to resolving issues fairly. I would never intentionally “ghost” a client, and I’m sorry if that’s how this situation came across.
I’d still like to make this right with you. Please reach out to me directly at mikesmixandmaster@gmail.com with your order details, and I will personally review your case to find a fair resolution.
To potential clients reading this: I encourage you to look at our many satisfied customer experiences as well. While I regret this client’s dissatisfaction, I remain committed to delivering the highest quality service and ensuring every artist walks away happy with their project.
